Pros

Thanks to Luigi's Box, it is much easier to manage the search engine and autosuggester mechanisms. This tool also offers great analytics to help you optimize your website content for search. A numerous tool for personalizing communication in the autosuggester are a great marketing tool.

Cons

Some solutions are still in beta phase, although they seem to work properly. Apart from that, I don't find any disadvantages with this tool.

Additionally, the banner insertion feature is a great tool for highlighting special offers for our customers. Overall, it’s a smart solution that significantly improves search functionality on our website.

LBX is not perfect, as, at every SaaS, there are some minor bugs, but the company is approaching it very well with near to immediate solutions. Communication with LBX is easy and very responsive.

Pros

Luigi's Box is really outgoing, willing to cooperate in multiple areas, providing custom solutions tailored for our needs.

Cons

Quite heavy need of proper feed setup(on our side) in order for everything to work properly. But that is something you generally need to count on.

I have been using Luigi's Box for some time now and it has greatly improved the search and recommendation capabilities of our website.

Pros

Luigi's box is extremely helpful in finding what customers are looking for. Very often our customers don't know exactly what the item they want is called within the industry, and the search is very helpful in selecting what the customer really wants.

Cons

I really can't think of any downsides. It may take a little time to learn how to use all the features,but tech support is always helpful.

we have no major complaints, although the deeper analytics views sit a layer or two down in the menu and the jump between pricing tiers feels a bit opaque once your catalogue grows past the entry bracket.

Overall I can say that it is a useful tool, we track what the customers are looking for in our e-shop and in case we do not have what they lok for, we can implement it into our portfolio.

Pros

Advanced AI Search, Personalization & Recommendations, Comprehensive Analytics, Boosted Conversion Rates

Cons

The implementation time is a bit longer but that is just something that you cannot evade due to the fact that the data has to be put there manually.

For our two websites, we use Luigi’s Box, and it is a very powerful search tool with background statistics. The tool solved our problem of insufficient descriptions, filtering, and categorization of parameters. These parameters become irrelevant with a powerful search engine. At the same time, we can track what our customers are looking for and adjust the website’s offerings to the demand. The AI handles the search very well, so customers don’t even have to browse the entire site.

Pros

Very good tool, how to find out what people need from us. A visual effective dashboards and a lot of strategic information's about products and searches without results.

Cons

I miss some historical data, for compares. YtoY or QtoQ. we can see only 3 months trends.

We have had a good experience since launch. The LugiBox team is here to help. They offer us interface modifications, content, improvements and they have answers. They react. The system works and brings real results. Recommendations and improves the user interface on our website.

Pros

We are currently using an older system of eshop engine that seemingly cannot be improved. It was done using only a short code without invasive interventions in the otherwise inaccessible source code of the old system. Luigi do not require programmers on our site (in our team and our website)

Cons

I have no bad experience since launching, using and managing this solution.

We had a lot of good references for this product so we went straight for it while looking for this kind of tool. Initial setup was very straightforward and Luigi's box worked almost immediately after implementation. Customer service at Luigi's box is always nice and very helpful. Never had a bad experience. Luigi's box is simply great searching tools with great tools in addition which I would definitly recommend to anyone.

Pros

Besides great searching tools we like additioan features such as Recommender which (obviously from its name) recommends products based on customers browsing and searching history. These recomendations are part of product page, not searching results which looks more naturally. Also banner campaigns is great tool to promote products in search results. All these features simply help to increase the sales in general.

Cons

The product may seem a bit pricy at the beginning but in the end it pays of.

Searching for products on our website was terrible and how many times i couldnt find a given product based on the keyword i entered. At the same time i was missing the statistics of keywords that our customers searched for on our website. Luigis box solved this problem and since then the number of orders has also increased. I am very glad that we managed to establish cooperation with this company

Very high quality searching tool, design adapted to the e-shop, very clear statistics and fast technical support , easy integration in cooperation with or programmers. Available in different languages and with great support

until now i could not find anything that i dislike in the luigis box . only the price could be a less cheaper

Luigi's Box was a great choice for our e-commerce. It turns our e-shop searching engine to an upper level. We also have a nice analytics dashboard with many recommendations and issues with search queries that help us how to optimize the search experience for our customers. They have a well-documented API and integration with our data was without complications.

Smart search with autocomplete and recommendation .

Cons

Some features are quite complicated to understand but when you get it , it's OK .

Some setting at backoffice was confusing for me. Missing Czech translation.

Pros

Easy and fast to implement, very robust search engine with many options for individual settings and result optimization. Very quick response from team Recommender also works great.

Cons

Maybe some recommender settings... you can not setup rules by yourself in administration, but it must be placed by their team. But at least you can\`t make it wrong.
