Project Manager Health, Wellness and Fitness Used the software for: 6-12 months ### "CRM that works" June 3, 2019 5.0 The migration went without any issues and overall I am very pleased with the system and the support staff has been very responsive. Pros BoomerangFX was very easy to use and had all the management tool we needed for our MedSpa. The dashboard was very intuitive and had very in depth reporting abilities very much geared to our business. Cons None so far. I am waiting for an update that should be end of this summer that will cover some advanced scheduling ability. December 31, 2020 4.0 BoomerangFX is quite a promising software that is very essential in providing crucial data for marketers and PR pros handling aesthetic clinics as clients. Pros I do marketing and PR consultancy on the side, and one of my clients (an aesthetic clinic) introduced me to BoomerangFX, which they use for their loyalty program. It’s a pretty comprehensive platform and definitely needs proper training before you can fully grasp its features and what it can do for your business. For the CRM side, I’d say the software is pretty helpful in managing the database and get the right information for me to come up with a better loyalty program for my client. Cons It can be a bit overwhelming as the software is meant to do a lot of things. But nothing complicated once given the proper training to navigate its key features. Review Source KF Kara F. Dont look back" March 14, 2025 1.0 They will tell you they can do so much more than they are able - over promise and under deliver to say the very least. They take money from your account before your "go live" - "training" is a literal joke. Run. Seriously. Pros Absolutely nothing. There is not one redeeming quality to what they offer. Cons Do not give these people a single cent. If you see Boomerang at a convention - run - seriously. They will tell you anything you want to hear about their abilities then drag you along until it's too late to cancel. seriously. look at other reviews that aren't posted by the company itself. LME, COA Medical Practice Used the software for: Less than 6 months ### "Switching to Boomerang did prove worthwhile for our aesthetics practice." May 24, 2019 4.0 Boomerang has great tracking features and allows set-up of rewards program which we had to track by hand previously and much got lost along the way Pros I like the fact that it can be customized more to procedures our practice offers. Our aesthetics department had been down for awhile and now will be up and running. Cons Hard to view entire weekly schedule in a time block fashion. Our practice uses Centricity Schedule for medical and Boomerang does not sync so we are stuck using two different scheduling programs, one for medical and one for aesthetics. Also, some of the input information is in Canada / Euro format instead of USA (i.e., mo/date/year for DOB) Would prefer just to enter a name for referral instead of so much detail and having to set them up in system, also. Pros Very easy to use and has advanced marketing features that have assisted in converting our clients. Customer service is next level. I call they pick up. Cons none so far. September 16, 2024 1.0 From the very first sales call, Boomerang FX promised everything we wanted to hear. They talked a big game, but once we signed up, it became clear that this company is a complete disaster. They are unresponsive, unorganized, and full of empty promises. Despite complaining multiple times, they reassured us they would follow through—only for things to get worse. With constant staff changes, canceled training appointments, and excuses, it's been three months, and we still don't have the software we paid for! To make matters worse, they charged us before the 30-day mark, even though we had already decided to terminate the contract. Without our permission, they withdrew the full amount from our Visa, claiming they didn’t need our consent! We gave them multiple chances to make things right, but they are nothing short of scammers. Do yourself a favor—avoid Boomerang FX at all costs! Owner, Medical Practice Used the software for: Less than 6 months ### "DON'T WASTE YOUR MONEY" February 29, 2024 1.0 We had a terrible experience with BoomerangFX, and are still dealing with getting refunds two weeks after the end of our contract. Pros Absolutely nothing. They were inefficient, lacked understanding, and failed to deliver any results. Cons The entire duration of our partnership. Communicating with \[sensitive content hidden\] and her team was like pulling teeth. They overcharged us every month, and also sent mysterious additional charges, which had to be fought to be refunded. Pros When I was in consulting, I used this to integrate into one of our client Med Spa Locations. The integration was simple and the office staff seemed to really like it. Mass adoption to any new software is always a challenge but we didn't run into many obstacles at all. Cons Cant really think of any at the moment. The value and functionality are there. Reason for choosing BoomerangFX Client chose it as I had never heard of it before.
