SiteGiant support team is friendly and very helpful. SiteGiant has an onboarding session to guide you on how to use the system. Their professional team members answered our every inquiry and solved our issues. We will encourage you all to approach them if you are looking for an eCommerce solution to expand your business.

Pros

Good support team, plenty of useful features and worth the money.

Cons

It would be good if SiteGiant can produce and upload more tutorial videos on Youtube.

Very user friendly and easy to use. Highly recommended.

Pros

This software is very user friendly and it can easily link all my products together where I do not need to manage them in the individual place, everything can be done in SiteGiant Platform. This save me a lot of time and I can spend more time to do marketing and boost my sales!

Cons

Overall is good but maybe can improve on the CSV file

Our dearly beloved gross profit report, I must say, exhibits all the sophistication and meticulousness of a last-minute scramble on a college term project.Picture this: you erringly punch in the wrong figure for a product cost, or worse yet, leave the field vacant. What happens next? Oh, prepare for a journey. You are obliged to transform into a digital archaeologist, delving into the data in search of the affected SKU using the mere clue of an order ID.But the fun doesn't stop there, no, no. You then find yourself in the relentless grind of updating each and every product cost manually, order by order. One can't help but sigh at the bitter irony as the whole point of implementing an ERP system, supposedly our knight in shining armour for efficiency, fades into oblivion.And just when you're yearning for a lifeline, the Sitegiant support team, as fate would have it, turns out to be more of a bystander than a rescuer in this scenario. Alas, technology that was supposed to ease our burdens seems to have conspired to multiply them instead.

Pros

I’ve tried other eCommerce platforms and found that SiteGiant is my choice. Their features and customer service are impressive, and I will continue to subscribe SiteGiant for the good of my business.

Cons

The interface is simple and easy to understand. There are plenty of features such as inventory management, or order fulfillment setting available to suit our business needs. The tutorials provided are easy to understand too. When I have any questions, I can always talk to their customer service team, and they will answer my questions in a short time.

### "System very stable, I can manage all my stores in a single platform"

I’m selling on Shopee, Lazada, and Tiktok shop. SiteGiant ERP system is very useful for my eCommerce business. I can use it to set different pricing for different stores, and I don’t need to log in to each platform to change my product details and pricing. All can be done in SiteGiant!

Pros

The system is very stable. I can bulk edit product details, control inventory, fulfill orders and manage orders return all in one place.

Cons

In the future, SiteGiant may look into providing multiple-language tutorial guides for merchants.

Pros

Marketplace Integration looks promising but hasn't tried it. Because it's already 3days I'm still waiting for support to reply.

Cons

Worst support ever. 3days still not reply to my email.

### "POS system saves my time to update my online and offline stock."

SiteGiant’s POS system is beneficial for me to manage my online and offline store! The stock inventory will be auto-synced and updated across all the channels that I sell. In this way, we can prevent overselling and my staff doesn’t need to manually do stock check every day!

Pros

It is very convenient. I just need to download the POS system on my tablet or laptop, and I can take orders and make payments anywhere!

Cons

So far everything works well for my business, no disadvantage I can tell now. Keep it up!

Overall is easy to use, but the e-commerce seller's core challenge was pricing management & inventory management. Site-giant is only good at inventory management.

Pros

\- I like the inventory management and listing copy & sync function.

Cons

\- However, there is no pricing management feature to manage the same product in all market channels. - The webstore provided by site-giant is too slow. Not competitive enough.

The user interface of the system is very intuitive

Cons

The platform is running smoothly. However, sometimes the site is slow. But It doesn't happen frequently though.

Everything is good. They will develop new features that help all online users from time to time. Keep it up Site Giant!

Pros

Customer Support is very friendly and helpful with professional assistance to my queries. The best thing I like is the marketplace sync feature! I have no worries to list my products in different marketplaces individually now!

Cons

may enhance the system stability, besides, may update tutorials for some features as the setup process in other platforms could be different at times.

Orders from marketplaces will be synced back to my system so I can handle the orders easily.

Cons

There is always system upgrade so I have to study the tutorial given by them.
