Octopus evolueert mee met alle moderne technologieën en is zeer gebruiksvriendelijk, overzichtelijk, e.a. Ik durf Octopus met een gerust hart aan elke collega aanbevelen. Pros Een boekhoudpakket moet in de eerste plaats zijn : eenvoudig in gebruik, snel, en makkelijk aan te leren. Voor mij is Octopus het beste boekhoudprogramma op de markt (document koppeling, Peppol, de facturatie tool zijn allen top gebruiksvriendelijk) ! En een helpdesk die bereikbaar is zonder twee weken te moeten wachten. Cons De eerste indruk zou kunnen zijn dat het programma wat oubollig oogt, maar dat is eerlijk gezegd een fout beeld. Want de presentatie van de gevraagd gegevens zijn helder en duidelijk... bij elk pakket dat je kiest, is het anders en altijd wennen. Bij Octopus was ik heel snel aangepast. Car ce n'est pas possible d'utiliser seulement le module de facturation. Et on m'a demandé de payer tout en ne me prévenant pas que je ne pourrais pas utiliser le service. Quand j'ai demandé la suspension de mon abonnement ou un remboursement, ça m'a été refusé. Pros J'ai utilisé le logiciel Octopus pour son module de facturation. On m'avait dit que je pouvais l'utiliser sans l'option module de comptabilité, et bien que mon comptable utilise un autre logiciel. Cons À la fin de l'année, je ne peux pas cloturer l'exercice et éditer les factures de la nouvelle année. Au bout de la première année, j'ai demandé comment faire et le sav a cloturé pour moi. Mais en janvier de la 3e année, j'ai reçu une facture me pressant de payer pour l'année entière ce que j'ai fait, en demandant qu'on me cloture à nouveau l'exercice. Or on m'a dit que c'était pas possible que seul un comptable utilisant octopus pouvait le faire ou que je devais payer 252euros en plus de l'abonnement annuel déjà réglé. Pros Ease of use, easy download and install. It organizes data in a readable usable way with simple output. Cons Output to other programs did not format data correctly. Had to use a screen capture to get some of the data in a different format.
