Hotjar also requires more setup as events have to be manually tracked using custom tracking code. Pros The setup was very easy compared to some competitors, I'm a huge fan of the automated event tracking which automatically sets up events for any buttons/forms on our site. Cons Nothing really, it's worked great, especially after we've had issues with similar companies. Switched from [Hotjar](https://www.capterra.com/p/163516/Hotjar/) Hotjar's pricing + poor ease of use - We got locked out of our accounts all the time, especially because we managed multiple websites from one account. The FAQs were very helpful. We installed Howuku to observe customer behaviour on the website and where they are dropping off. The video recordings have helped us a lot with this. Right now we are also testing the funnels to dig deeper into web analytics. Cons Using the heatmaps takes a lot longer than expected as once you request a heatmap of a particular webpage, it takes around 2 minutes to generate it, abrupting the flow.
