The interface is not professional enough and the service ping coudln't handle 300 guests. Pros In depth reporting. The reporting was really good as you can compare apples to apples. Cons Not user friendly. We also kept losing connection with the site. There were hiccups as we kept having to reload Ibid. Switched from [GiveSmart](https://www.capterra.com/p/130794/GiveSmart/) We signed up with an event planner who suggested they liked this the most. Reasons for choosing iBid Instructed by event planner. Not a happy camper. We did not like IBid.
