This is super easy to use and great for showing employees you care about them! We love to be seen and this allows you to personalize each message you send!

Cons

Overall, my experience is positive. I do forget that I get a new budget each month, so some kind of reminder would be helpful.

Pros

It is easy to use and the there is a variety of vendors to choose from. Sometimes too many choices making it hard to make a decision.

Cons

That I can't send my whole budget to one person if I want to. I end up having to send more than one gift to the same person.

My overall experience with Guusto was amazing. The UI/UX is great, it solves the problem of redeeming egifts and makes this experience smooth and easy.

Pros

Its simplicity, fast and reliable portal interaction, straightforward ways to redeem the gifts, and overall efforts that Guusto team is contributing towards their product

Cons

A quick walk-though would be useful, to be able to check out all their options and services. Also some tips that might help to improve overall experience

Guusto was easy to use, simple to set up, and made redeeming rewards quick. I liked the variety of gift card options and the straightforward user experience.

Cons

I would like to see even more gift card choices and additional customization options. Other than that, I didn’t have any major issues.

Having to use a different site to sign in is irritating. But receiving a Guusto can start your day in a positive way.

Pros

It is an effective tool to use to reward efficiency and effort. Receiving a small recognition is often the boost that is needed.

Cons

The app can be confusing. Sometimes signing in to another site is required and irritating. It takes some getting used to.
