"My pleasure using Guusto"

**Overall:** My overall experience with Guusto is very positive. It’s a straightforward, effective platform that does exactly what it’s designed to do—make employee recognition quick, easy, and meaningful. What stands out most is how frictionless it is. Sending recognition takes very little time, which encourages more frequent use and helps build a culture of appreciation. The instant delivery of rewards is a big plus, because it reinforces positive behavior right when it happens. I also like that recipients have flexibility in choosing their rewards, which makes the experience feel more personal and valuable. At the same time, the platform keeps things simple, which is both a strength and a limitation. It doesn’t overwhelm users with features, but it also doesn’t offer as much depth in areas like customization, advanced analytics, or social engagement compared to some other tools. Overall, I’d describe Guusto as a highly practical and user-friendly recognition solution. It’s especially

**Pros:** What I like most about Guusto is how simple and purposeful the platform is. It focuses on making employee recognition easy, immediate, and meaningful without adding unnecessary complexity. A few standout aspects: Ease of use – The interface is very intuitive, so managers and employees can recognize others in seconds without needing training. Real-time recognition – You can send rewards instantly, which makes appreciation feel timely and genuine rather than delayed or procedural. Personal choice for recipients – Instead of forcing a single reward, recipients can choose from a wide range of gift options, which increases the perceived value. Fair and inclusive approach – Features like budget controls and reporting help ensure recognition is consistent across teams. Strong culture alignment – It encourages frequent, peer-to-peer recognition, which helps reinforce positive behaviors and company values. Overall, it strikes a great balance between simplicity and impact—making recognition part of everyday work rather than a one-time initiative.

**Cons:** What I like least about Guusto comes down to a few practical limitations that can affect the overall experience: Limited customization in some areas – While it’s great for quick recognition, the personalization of messages, branding, or reward programs can feel a bit constrained for organizations that want a highly tailored experience. Reward selection gaps (depending on region) – Although there are many options, the catalog can sometimes feel limited or less relevant in certain locations compared to competitors with broader global partnerships. Lack of deeper engagement features – It focuses strongly on sending rewards, but it doesn’t go as far into social recognition, gamification, or community-building features that some other platforms emphasize (like public feeds, leaderboards, etc.). Reporting can feel basic – The analytics are useful for tracking spend and usage, but they may not provide deep insights into engagement trends or behavior changes without additional analysis. Can feel transactional if overused – Because it's centered on gift cards, recognition can sometimes feel more like a transaction rather than a cultural or emotional experience if not paired with thoughtful messaging. Overall, none of these are deal-breakers, but they’re areas where the platform could evolve to offer more depth and flexibility. Provide your feedback on BizChat

"Guusto Gift Recieving"

**Pros:** It is easy to use and I enjoy receiving a gift for working hard. I like that the giftcard can be sent to a digital wallet.

**Cons:** In my experience, employees have the taxes come out of their paycheck and some find that unfair since the money is not added to the paycheck and the cost is not coming from the gift.
