Pros When receiving your Guusto gift, Guusto makes it super easy to get your gifts in just a few clicks. Just select your vendor and amount and print your gift card. Without it, we were losing members since there was no reason to be on the team other than "it was the right thing to do." Pros I love the number of gift card options available in order to cash out rewards. There are so many vendors to choose from, along with big ones like Amazon, Walmart, and Best Buy. Pros I like the options available for where I can put my funds, even the feature of combining multiple gift amounts into one. The gift card choices are also vast and cover many necessary areas that most people shop at on a daily basis. Cons The only confusion I get is that when I select an amount sometimes cards are not available for that amount. Organizations and higher-ups don't always have the best visibility on the day-to-day operations of a company, but those day-to-day operations are a huge determining factor in the success of the business. Guusto allows me to recognize my team members and ensure that they know that they are valued and appreciated. Cons I think the merchant selection could be improved. Having more options is always a good thing, and will allow for a more widespread appreciation of recognition. If the gift being received can only be redeemed at merchants that someone isn't very interested in, they might not appreciate the gift as much as if it were available to be redeemed somewhere they really enjoy. Cons The Teams interface - when it works, it's brilliant! But we have had some issues when MS makes any sort of change. Although the change may be triggered by Microsoft, Guusto should try to be ahead of this and fix before there is a problem. I love sending funny GIFs along with their Guusto bucks, the team gets a good laugh from that. Pros I love the fact that you can provide a gift to an employee, and they can select something that THEY want, instead of gifting either what you have on hand, or what you think they might like. Makes it much more meaningful to the employee. Cons There isn't anything I dislike about the product, it works great! Only issue is switching between US$ and CAN$. The ways it recognizes positive things are great. It also recognizes work anniversaries and birthdays. Cons I don't like that it doesn't translate automatically and I have to use a translator for everything. Pros Redemption is easy, and there are plenty of vendor options to choose from. Sending is also great, especially because we can bulk-create send options, which makes the process much more convenient. Cons The send option looks a bit dated. It would be great to refresh it and improve the UI so it feels more modern and polished.
