June 18, 2025 5.0 I have had a pleasant experience getting to know and use the site. Anything I may have a question with or don't understand there is a quick way to find a resolution. Pros I love how easy it is to use and the customer service is amazing! There is a wide variety of merchants to choose from. Definitely something for everyone! Cons I have had issues with adding funds to my account. The first time it happened to be the company that processes transactions for Guusto. The second time it was my bank. I do not believe this is Guusto's fault. My bank said it shows charges are from Canada which may raise flags. However, customer service has been so helpful both of these times. I just know third time is the charm! Cons My employer has not selected the Guusto open credit card option, so I have to choose reward redemptions from the list of Guusto partner businesses.
