Pros This is an awesome way to give a gift card to someone without wasting your money, because if the gift card is not claimed the money is returned to you. Cons I did not like the fact that the gift cards are all paper based and you cannot get a physical gift card, but they work either way. Reason for choosing Guusto There is not alternative like this. The ability to reward instantly is fantastic. I can attach a Kudos or message along with the Gift Card to personalize it for each person. Pros I like the ability to reward instantly. Often times you have to go out of the office and purchase the reward. This allows you to do it as soon as you see it. Cons I have to change my currency everytime, it doesn't remember. So far everyone has had a good experience! Pros Many options to fund the account, including some with no fees! Gives lots of options to the recipient to choose where they want to redeem. They have excellent customer service and help resolve issues quickly. The app is user friendly and easy to use and navigate- the ability to choose from so many vendors to apply the gift (as a recipient) is really great! Pros The best thing is the ability for the employee to be able to pick from SO MANY businesses/companies to cash in the gift card. It's also really easy to use and convenient with an app that allows employees to track their gifts. The app is very intuitive and easy to use. As an administrator, it is really easy to send gifts. You can even set up weekly spend report that gets emailed. They make it simple and intuitive. Cons I can't think of anything that I dislike about it at the moment.
