Also relatively easy to receive a card via email even without an app. Cons Some merchants required minimum amount before redeeming but that's understandable. March 15, 2023 5.0 Overall a great product. 10/10 would recommend it! Pros It's easy and straightforward to set up. It's the best way to do something nice for our company personnel without too much hassle.It allows us to also remain quite personal despite sending a gift card. With the gift card, we're able to brand most of the experience and send a custom message and digital birthday card!One of the best things is that recipients get to pick where they want to use their gift card. It has it all, Amazon, restaurants, shops, VISA card, etc. Cons Perhaps the only thing I would want Guusto to change is to enable us to further brand the whole experience. The gift card email and landing page can be fully branded with our company logo and colors, but it could be nice to take it even further by branding the final redemption page. Review Source Amanda F. November 8, 2022 5.0 I only receive gift cards from my company through Guusto, and it benefits me by receiving gift card credits quickly! Pros The system is seamless, and very easy to use! Redeeming gift card credit is easy, and the website is also easy to navigate. This makes things easier to check for your giftcards. For instance, I normally have my giftcards stored in my email. As a result, I have to search it up on Outlook. Sometimes Outlook is finicky and doesn't show up all my email search results, making me lose my giftcards. Cons It was not that user intuitive. It makes my life 1000x easier because it's all there on a user friendly interface. Pros The upsides of guusto is that you can track and manage all the gift cards you send out. This is a godsend!!! it's such a pain to have to manually track. You can also assign funds to team and let them distribute which may come in handy. It's also nice that you can let people chose what gift card they want and chose what amount they want to load in the gift card. The possibilities are endless! Everyone wants flexibility ! It's nice you can customize and add images to gifts sent- adds a personal touch to an impersonal gift. Cons Hope guusto can add more gift card vendors. It also eliminates distribution problems for me as sending an email is much easier than coordinating the handout of gift cards to 17 departments. Pros I like the ease of use and the choices provided to the recipient, who can choose to redeem their gift card at a business of their choosing. Cons I wish there was some literature that could accompany the gift cards about how to use and redeem , especially for some of our users that weren't technically savvy. We also encourage our staff to shop local when possible, it would be nice if we could get some of our small local businesses on Guusto. February 23, 2021 5.0 After using this for just 3 months, I would recommend this to anyone who wants to remain Covid-19 compliant and needs a fast and easy way to send out a variety of gift cards without having to buy them and send them out by mail. The ability to export a expense report is very nice feature. Pros This software is easy to use and very user friendly for the person receiving the gift card. The systems runs an expense report which makes it easy to keep track of what you have spent and what you sent and who has not yet claimed the gift card. Recipient has a variety of gift cards to choose from in various denominations. Cons Maybe I missed it but I would love a feature where it reminds the recipient and the sender that the gift card is still outstanding as it may have been sent to the recipient's junk or spam bin?
