My budget is automatically allocated to the system each month and the system keeps track of what I've used/remaining. I've actually noticed that more Leaders are inclined to proactively send out recognition messages or gifts because the tool is so handy. Anything that makes it easier for Leaders to recognize their employees or business partners is a great tool in my book! Recognition is often missed, but so important. Pros Really like how easy and efficient the system is to use. I can easily send multiple gifts at once, while still being able to personalize each message. The dashboard is great, and I like that I can scroll through other people's notes of recognition to help me stay informed about what's going on in the office and who are champions are in each business unit. Pros I like that that Guusto has a large variety of options from me to choose from but my actual favourite thing is that I can allocate certain amounts of my balance to various shops so I'm not forced to spend all the money in one place. Cons Maybe an easier UI in which I can more easily navigate through the entire list of stores available instead of clicking to view more.
