Have used the support a few times. Pros Have lots of vendors to redeem for gift cards as well as can redeem for multiple types of cards. Cons One vendor I use lots (PSN) is not one of them. It is nice to see morale from other employees being acknowledged on the app. Cons It's a little tricky to use in app and password won't auto save. Cons It's never a quick login, mine always requires a 6 digit code for verification no matter how long it's been between sign ins. Because it's a security feature, I really can't complain.
