I have gotten to share great news with others on different teams and love the inclusivity to feel like we are a huge work family. The incentives available to receive are a much appreciated added bonus!! Pros I love how it bridges the gap between clinics and brings the entire agency together as one to celebrate each other's milestones and is all-inclusive. I also love the incentives and recognition for our hard work and quality care to those we serve. Cons I haven't found anything I don't like about it yet other than it offered me a chance to leave a review on two platforms but after clicking on one, the other disappeared. Luckily I screenshotted the offer and was able to search and find it. As an administrator, it is SO easy to use! Cons Printing the gift cards for non tech-accessible employees can be hard as it still wants them to login to claim at times. In a few clicks I get access to my reward and I'm able to choose how I'm going to use it. So far, this has been the best reward program I've experienced. Pros Gusto has made my employer reward us more frequently, which made the work environment so much better. It's extremely easy to use, and I also love that I have the choice on which partner to use it with, which allows me to pick the option that'll stretch the money the best. Cons To this date, I haven't found anything to dislike about it. I've had no issues accessing the rewards, or bugs whatsoever. I've never had to reach out to customer support as well. It prompts you to advise where you live, it offers you a wide array of choices, it keeps track of your gift cards if used, or new, it has a chatbox in case you get stuck and if required, their response to your inquiry is fast! (example i lost my password). Employee recognition is motivating and wonderful! Cons No cons here. I found the site to be so user friendly that I personally didn't require any additional support. Sending is also great, especially because we can bulk-create send options, which makes the process much more convenient. Cons The send option looks a bit dated.
