Pros Super easy, with a great interface, and I can queue up the perks in plus send employee recognition in 60 seconds!! Cons Nothing - it is incredibly easy to use, love the dashboard + the dashboard showing how good it is to send perks through this way. It's easy to use and track redemption! :) Pros There is a large selection of gift cards and it's quite easy to use and track redemption! The process to redeem is quite simple as well. It's easy to use and a perfect solution for our employees. Pros It's a great platform to send employees recognition for their work anniversaries. It is extremely easy to use and the free plan is great! Cons I haven't come across any big issues and their support to get set up was readily available even though I only wanted to join with the free plan. December 12, 2024 5.0 It has been easy to navigate and see everyone's birthdays, work anniversaries, and other milestones. I have gotten to share great news with others on different teams and love the inclusivity to feel like we are a huge work family. The incentives available to receive are a much appreciated added bonus!! Pros I love how it bridges the gap between clinics and brings the entire agency together as one to celebrate each other's milestones and is all-inclusive. I also love the incentives and recognition for our hard work and quality care to those we serve. Cons I haven't found anything I don't like about it yet other than it offered me a chance to leave a review on two platforms but after clicking on one, the other disappeared. Regardless if you choose the "Do not challenge me on this device again", it still challenges you. Either fix this or remove it, but choose one. Pros I like the convenience of being able to select what kind of gift card you would like to exchange it with. This give lots of flexibility instead of having it automatically deposited into your salary and get taxed on it. Cons I wish there was a generic virtual visa or Mastercard option as there isn't a huge selection of gift card options available, OR, within Canada, have it e-transfered to your account. Being able to claim my and choose from many stores, I love the different options. My employer uses it for employee recognition, and we use it monthly so that helps a lot because I am a huge shopper. When I do have a problem claiming my Guusto, I can reach out to customer support and get a quick response. Cons What I like least, is that recently my employer has been sending me and it wasn't coming to my regular email anymore, it was going to my SPAM and it made it difficult for me to claim it. From signing up to redeeming the gift cards, everything is very simple. The feature with consolidating multiple rewards is also very helpful. Cons The only thing I wish was better is the platform makes me sign in twice. Both times I needed to get the verification code from my email. I wish it would only ask for it once. Pros What I liked about , is that when your employer gives you a gift card you can actually use the gift card whenever you need it. Cons The app version doesn't quite work as well as the web version. One as a prize for my Halloween costume, another as a thank you for stepping up when we lost some employees. I was able to setup an account and pick a gift card vendor in minutes and was on my way to enjoy my gift. Pros The ease of use, especially on the recipient side and the vast number of vendors available for the recipient to choose from. Cons The thing I dislike the most is that more companies don't use . The amount of money and time wasted on purchasing and distributing gift cards could either save their company money or better yet expand their rewards program further incentivizing employees.
