Cons Nothing - it is incredibly easy to use, love the dashboard + the dashboard showing how good it is to send perks through this way. It is very easy to send gifts, and recipients love picking their own options. Cons It can be a bit difficult managing used and unused gifts. Keeping track of what has been claimed could be simpler. Regardless if you choose the "Do not challenge me on this device again", it still challenges you. Either fix this or remove it, but choose one. Pros I like the convenience of being able to select what kind of gift card you would like to exchange it with. This give lots of flexibility instead of having it automatically deposited into your salary and get taxed on it. Cons I wish there was a generic virtual visa or Mastercard option as there isn't a huge selection of gift card options available, OR, within Canada, have it e-transfered to your account. Being able to claim my guusto and choose from many stores, I love the different options. My employer uses it for employee recognition, and we use it monthly so that helps a lot because I am a huge shopper. When I do have a problem claiming my Guusto, I can reach out to customer support and get a quick response. Cons What I like least, is that recently my employer has been sending me Guusto and it wasn't coming to my regular email anymore, it was going to my SPAM and it made it difficult for me to claim it. Pros The ease of use, especially on the recipient side and the vast number of vendors available for the recipient to choose from. Cons The thing I dislike the most is that more companies don't use Guusto. The amount of money and time wasted on purchasing and distributing gift cards could either save their company money or better yet expand their rewards program further incentivizing employees. While there were a few initial hiccups, I was able to easily resolve them. For example, I accidentally created two workspaces, but I was able to repurpose the second one after familiarizing myself with the dashboard. I appreciate that Guusto allows me to manage transactions for two separate companies, each with its own funding and reward options, all under a single login. After just one day of use, I'm confident that Guusto is the perfect solution for my needs. It's a simple platform that enables me to reward both internal and external customers with a variety of gift card options. On top of all that, Guusto has attractive pricing options. Pros I liked the platform's flexibility. First, I can set up gift links for one recipient or many. Second, I can select one gift card option or have the recipient choose a gift from many options, including eateries, travel, and retailers. Third, I can fund my account via credit card, bank transfer, wire, etc. Cons I wouldn't say I liked paying the convenience fee to fund my account with a credit card but this was not a dealbreaker; it is business. However, there are options to fund your account for free.
