Pros Guusto allows recognizing people for their hard work and allows them the recipient of the gift to choose which retailer they would like the gift to. It allows messages, which makes it personal as well. Cons At the current moment, I cannot think of something I dislike about Guusto. Pros Ease of use and set up, Guusto obviously solves the problem of people feeling overlooked at work or customers equally, by making appreciation simple, immediate, and meaningful. This implies more recognition, better motivation, and a more positive work experience. Cons My biggest concern with Guusto is the inability to access rewards easily on the mobile app you will have to log on the website before being able to access your rewards or back end. February 27, 2026 5.0 I have already redeemed many rewards at my favorite places to shop. I am able to save some money by not using my own cash out of pocket. Pros This site is so user friendly. I love the variety of stores to choose form. I am able to use my Guusto to give a gift card to someone else if I choose. It doesn't have to be used by me. I like being able to choose the amount I want to use for various stores. Sometimes I want to make a smaller purchase. Guusto is how I receive company bonuses. You get dollar for dollar when using at a store. Win win! There is the option to obtain a M/C or Visa gift card but there is a fee as with any of that type. At least we have the option is we need it! Cons I wish there were gas station/grocery options to redeem gift cards for, even though those aren't necessarily as exciting as some of the options currently available. Cons The only thing i don't like about it is that it doesn't let you choose a pre-paid visa/mastercard.
