Very well received by everyone who has received a gift card from Guusto. Pros The choices of vendors to redeem gift cards are plentiful, so it appeals to everyone. Being able to send out gift cards in multiple denominations is a bonus. Cons Cannot cancel gift card sent to individual if not claimed without a subscription. The portal is a nice way to recognize co-workers and management for their hard work. Cons I dislike the minimal options for redeeming rewards on the portal. It also allows me to combine the amounts to bigger amounts and convert to stores of my choice. I like it a lot. Pros It’s a great way to show/know employee recognition. It was very easy to use. I can choose to combine multiple amounts into one amount. Variety of merchant options to choose to convert Guusto amount to what one prefers. Cons Honestly there isn’t anything I least like about Guusto but possibly can increase even more merchants, although the ones now are really good already. But yeah, once our eggs, the contest was done shortly after I received the email and it was extremely easy in regards of setting it up and picking out the vendors and the fact that you can Have a loader right to your wallet on your phone. This is really convenient and neat. Pros I really love the fact that there was multiple choices of different vendors that we are able to use your points towards. Also, the fart that there's the option to get e gift card and we receive it within seconds, which I think is phenomenal. When I would talk to the leader they bosted about that same employee being a great employee, but never actually told them that themselves. The leaders didn't know the best way to consistently recognize their employees and now with Guusto they know exactly where and how to show their appreciation. Pros Since the implementation of Guusto, many of our local leaders have been able to easily and consistently provide positive recognition to all our users. It takes just a few minutes to make a post and share it with that person and their leaders if not one of your own. We have definitely seen an improved work environment and healthy competition to get more recognition and rewards.
