I am a fortunate recipient of rewards, they're easy to redeem and there is a great selection of products and vendors. Pros ease of use, selection, I've never had any difficulties or problems redeeming any of the gifts. I always get what I'm looking for, fast. Cons nothing, it's great. Cons Sometimes I feel like I have to wait longer than a week to be able to send the treat again. Not sure if it is a bug issue or I don't keep track of when I send the treat. It's a great way to acknowledge hard work and keep morale high. It’s also very simple to use, making it easy for everyone to participate. I also love that I can use the rewards I receive on Amazon. It's a super convenient option since I can pick whatever I want without any hassle, making it a seamless experience. Cons One thing I don’t like is that the rewards can expire, which adds a bit of pressure to use them in time. It can also be tricky to keep track of which rewards I’ve already used and which ones are still available. Additionally, I’m not a fan of how much the Mastercard takes away from the reward— it feels like a significant chunk is lost in fees. And Guusto is quick- amazing service. The website is pretty user friendly as well. And many being added all the time, when I logged in last I noticed a few vendors I had not seen before on there. Cons I am not sure, I haven't come across anything I don't like about it yet!
