It helps me save some money while going out of filling out gas. Pros I have been using Guusto for a year now since I joined a new company. It is really easy to receive and redeem any gift card I get. Cons I wish there were more options available. It is pretty much limited to some specific places. Has a great function with the AI feature which helps to personalize the approach of each recognition delivered. Pros AI feature, it provides a way to express the thoughts in more detail and elevate the recognition one would receive. Cons Okta log in features. Unfortunately the OKTA log in is not the greatest. They email me when I get a gift card, I can claim and search in brands. The only flaw? WhenI go in my guusto, it says I have 6 gift card! But I used all of it and I only have one! So this is confusing. When I claim and use it? They have to cross it out Pros That I can put it in brand’s gift card and use it very easily with a simple code or barcode . Pros Gussto is really helpful. gives very good merchant options and easy of use and its value for money and give really good offers. It also allows for staff to be notified when recognized. Pros Has a wide range of vendors to choose from without having to go to the supermarket and buying a physical gift card. It is also great for higher amounts as you only need to make a single purchase vs multiple gift cards like you would at a store. Cons There are minimum amounts you're allowed to claim on guusto which may be a problem if you want to split the funding amongst several vendors. However, this isn't a big deal to me. The first time I was able to select the retailer and the second time I was provided with a specific retailer. I have yet to transact on the second one, but the first one was seamless and without issues. Pros The program allows for employee recognition which greatly and easily improves moral. The interface is also easy to use and the access to customer support is convenient and prompt. Cons At this time, I don't have any negative feedback to share.
