It’s simple to use, quick to send and receive rewards, and makes recognition feel more immediate and genuine. While it could offer more reward variety and deeper features, it does a great job at its core purpose helping teams show appreciation in an easy, meaningful way. Pros What I liked most about Guusto is how easy and quick it is to use, plus the flexibility it gives people to choose rewards they actually want. It makes recognition feel simple and genuine instead of forced. Cons One downside of Guusto is that the reward options can feel a bit limited depending on location, so not everyone finds something they really want. It can also lack deeper customization or reporting features if you’re looking for more advanced tracking or program control. The team has been wonderful to work with and the 'pros' of the system are a big step up to what we are doing before. I am very hopeful for a few improvements that would make it absolutely perfect, but we are close! Pros What I like most about guusto is the ease of use on the redemption side for the employee. I love that they receive a text message when they are sent a gift card (due to our workday integration) and I also love that we can print out a QR code so that they can redeem that way versus having to check their email. I also love the guest redemption feature so that they don't have to log in to guusto to redeem. Cons There are 2 things that I dislike: 1) the process to fund our accounts has an extra step that we do not have with other vendors. We have to email Guusto finance to request an invoice. All of our other vendors upload invoices automatically in coupa without this extra step. This is likely going to cause issues, as our team is not used to having to do this. 2) I wish the platform handled sending in other currencies better. With our previous digital gift card vendor, we could send gifts in pounds, euros, etc. and it would show that amount on the front end prior to sending (e.g. if I was sending a $100 value GC in pounds, it would charge me $75 USD and convert the funds before I hit send.). I wish I could get the gift card with only my email. Pros Easy login, easy to create an account. I like the amount of retailers offered to redeem my gift card. Cons I wish I could access my awarded gift card with only my email. I almost misplaced my paper with the qr code. I see the gift card after I scan the qr code.
