What I like least is having to log into guusto and not having it just use the teams log in, it would be faster to use with out that

With Guusto, there is are so many options to chose from. The system is easy to use and user friendly. Using Guusto for employee recognition is a great way to show appreciation in a tangible way.

Cons

I have not found anything that I dislike about Guusto. It is easy to use, but I know if I had to call customer service it would be a great experience.

My overall experience has been wonderful. I love going back to the words of appreciation from my colleagues and manager — they’re heartwarming, humbling, and they fuel me to keep doing great work. And honestly, planning how to use the incentives is its own kind of excitement.

Pros

What I love about Guusto is how it creates a truly meaningful space for recognition and appreciation. The platform is simple and intuitive for both the sender and the receiver, which makes the whole experience feel effortless and genuine. As someone on the receiving end, it brings a real sense of pride knowing that my work is being seen and that going the extra mile is valued. Recognition like that reinforces positive behavior and motivates me to keep showing up at my best. As a sender, I appreciate that Guusto gives me the ability to make someone feel valued and rewarded. It encourages me to pause, reflect, and put into words exactly how their efforts made an impact — and it feels good to let people know they’re noticed.

Cons

It would be even better if there were a wider variety of merchants to choose from. It would also be great to have the option to convert the reward value into cash or credits that can be used to pay bills.
