Overall I've a very positive experience with Guusto. It's a good product and it is reasonably priced.

Pros

Guusto's platform is super user friendly - it makes it really easy to send receive claim and redeem awards from team members

Cons

I wish there was a customer service line rather than just email communication when support is needed

It had been a fun app as an employee to use. Overall no major complaints. Its a good idea for company's to use.

Pros

I like the app useful for giving recognition. I have only be on the receiving end. It is nice to see morale from other employees being acknowledged on the app.

Cons

It's a little tricky to use in app and password won't auto save. I also would like to see auto notifications sent when others are acknowledged.

It’s been great! Wish cards could have larger dollar amount on them. Customer service is great and pretty easy to deal with.

Pros

Quick and easy to use. Able to load into Apple wallet as well. Fast load times and able To get information quickly.

Cons

Occasional issues getting physical credit cards. And occasional issue with digital cards, but both areas got resolved.

I am an operations manager that appreciates any efforts to recognize employees - at a building and macro level. Adding Guusto to our recognition options has been easy & convenient - and positively received by staff.

Pros

Ease of recognizing employees who demonstrate positive contributions to our operations. Additionally, I like being able to see who else within our entire organization has been recognized.

Cons

No complaints, as we have just recently starting using Guusto. However, so far everything has been simple, clear and easy to use.

This platform is easy to use. The application allows me to give multiple employees recognition at once. I've been using Guusto for 3 years and have had no issues using it.

Customer service was pleasant after initially not redeeming and log in issues. Team was very responsive

Cons

Nothing hoping for wider selection in redeeming. Kobo card redemption does not have in PIN number. Not sure if is needed

Excellent easy to manage and send gift and recognize team members instantly with flexibility to choose what end-user wants

Pros

Guusto makes it really easy to recognize team members and send a quick thankyou. I like that people can choose something they actually want, which makes it feel more meaningful.

Should have e-Visa card as previously they had e-Mastercard but now offers only physical master card

Overall pretty good experience. Only thing is I have to choose a merchant and i can only spend there.

Pros

Its easy to use and has different merchants to choose from. Easy to redeem money and give it as a gift.

Cons

The only thing i don't like about it is that it doesn't let you choose a pre-paid visa/mastercard. Previously you could but now its been changed
