I would recommend it, especially if they continue to add more gift card options in the future. Pros I really like the employee rewards and gift card system. It's a simple and convenient way to recognize employees and show appreciation for their hard work. Redeeming rewards is easy, and it's a nice benefit to receive. Cons My main complaint is that there should be more gift card options available. A larger selection of stores and brands would make the rewards more useful and give employees more choices based on their preferences.
