Pros I love the fact that you can provide a gift to an employee, and they can select something that THEY want, instead of gifting either what you have on hand, or what you think they might like. Makes it much more meaningful to the employee. Cons There isn't anything I dislike about the product, it works great! Only issue is switching between US$ and CAN$.
