Good service and easy to get hold off. Knowledgeable staff and things get sorted swiftly.

Pros

It was easily set up and and queries were promptly and efficiently sorted. We are only using one phone line to have a local phone number which gets rerouted to my mobile

Cons

As we are only using it occasionally it works well for us and ticks all the boxes needed to run the dance school.

Customer service is very patronizing. It interrupts me when I explain my issues and it blames the client for being unable to use their over-complicated system. For example, it blames me for interpreting "maximum standard" as maximum quality whereas I find that label to be misleading if it does not mean maximum quality, and in a very demeaning and rude way. No sign of remorse or apology or kindness when dealing with this firm. Do not expect customer service on par with global standards. Oh and the best part... NO REFUNDS.

Pros

Honestly and sincerely, nothing. Thought it was fancy that it's British.

Cons

The IPBBX system is insanely complicated compared to other providers: 1- The customer area is overcrowded with tabs and options YET no ability to tally total calls in a given month and therefore no way to tally total usage in one month except if the customer does the numbers him/herself which is a waste of time unimposed by other call forwarding companies such as TollFreeForwarding.com, AVOXI, or Global call forwarding. 2- The trial period had no problems. The numbers purchased following the trial period did not work. This discrepancy between the quality of the trial period number and actual business number is akin to fraud. To date I have purchased THREE lines with the company, NONE of which have a quality even half as good as the trial numbers, which are already overpriced at 15 POUNDS for 1 WEEK. 3-When a product is called IPBBX it shows an emphasis on the pride in the product rather than its marketability. Do you know how hard it is to say IPBBX over the phone? It should be called IBX at most. I really hope people see past the flashy advertisement and insincere guarantees of quality and avoid this company altogether. 4- The customer area portal cannot be customizable. It's as though there are a dozen things you don't need yet cannot find what is truly required. 5- You get at least 5 emails when you purchase a product. I could go on but I do hope the above 5 deter you enough.

Reasons for choosing Voyced IPPBX

I was misled by the fair pricing scheme and quality guarantees. I was sorely mistaken and have returned to the three aforementioned companies after being refused a refund. I still have three numbers purchased from them which are inactive as they are inferior to the free trial number.

Dear Toufic, I'm sorry to see that you are feeling as you do but stating things that are not true is not ok. We tried to help you sort out the issues you seemed to have, but originated outside our reach, (as the system technically handles the test and live situations the same) but you then decided to become unprofessional towards our support staff. That is not acceptable. You are misrepresenting quite a few things including how you were treated, what happened and the cost. Our solution does give you many more functions then a service (which you refer to) that only does 1 thing, but the majority of our clients finds their way easily. And when it is not clear, there are extensive online manuals and a dedicated support team to help as you have experienced yourself. I can see that our support team quickly guided/implemented for you the basic function of call forwarding. Anyway, if you want to continue to solve your issue, with our help, in a professional and correct manner, we're here.
