Managing multiple contractors is a real time-waster for small teams. TalentDesk has allowed our team to manage and pay contractors with minimal effort and in no time, so they can all focus on more important things.

Pros

Simple to use and no time is wasted in my busy schedule to quickly get things done (raise worksheets, approve contractor worksheets, manage project budgets).

Pros

Besides the fact that the platform works perfectly, what I appreciate the most is their customer support team. Every time I encountered an issue, the team was very responsive. I'm also impressed by the payment feature. I have moved countries during the past 2 years and never experienced any issues with my payments.

Cons

I haven't faced any issues since I started using TalentDesk.

As a user, (a creative freelancer ) this is the most counter intuitive program I've ever experienced to submit invoices and expenses . So much time and frustration in order to get paid I have to wonder if this is intentional. Who wants to deal with such a procedure on an ongoing basis? UX department needs to think outside their tech box and try to understand that the simpler the program is for creative people the better.

There is really nothing I like about this software.

Cons

To submit invoices in order to get paid is a frustrating experience.

Talentdesk is great. It is exactly the platform we needed to manage our freelancer programme with a really good host of features. It is very easy and nice to use which is important considering the amount of users we need to engage. Our experience is that Talentdesk has a very good roadmap that is setting them in the right direction, with gives us hopes for a long partnership as we feel the tool gets better everyday Our account managers were amazing, really dedicated to us and very good at making things happen for us. on top of that they took a lot of time and care in helping us onboard hundreds of freelancers and provided advice at every step of the way

Cons

There are still important features to be ironed out, but this is happening super fast
