Cons

Sometimes it glitches and it won't open SalesForce - I have to reboot for it to work again.

Overall I've had a really pleasant experience with Saleshud. I've been using it for over a year now and the development of the product has been great.

Pros

Ease of use, really efficient - Populates information of the prospect.

Cons

I can't really fault it, in the beginning their was some minor issues but its great now.

Allows our team and our clients to be more efficient with data import. Greatly reduces manual efforts, provides clean and accurate data.

Pros

Easy to set up and configure. Allows us to easily pull in Contacts and Candidates for our CRM/ATS which improves efficiency by reducing manual steps.

Cons

Currently, with our ATS integration, you can only pull in one record at a time. They are working on an option for mass parsing though.

The no. one option to capture data from LinkedIn into Salesforce

Cons

An improvement would be a notification in Salesforce when there are (significant) news on the LinkedIn profile, like a new title or a new employer. Actually, I don't understand quite some terms in this questionnaire!! Lead what??

Regarding the below, this is now a service that we're offering as an optional upgrade, it is usage-based at $0.05 per record requested we can provide automatic alerts and CRM updates to employer and job title changes. Great. Particularly love how aggressive the roadmap is and how responsive \[SENSITIVE CONTENT HIDDEN\] and the team are, and how quickly they are able to adapt the product

Pros

No more copy & paste to get new contacts in to Salesforce

Cons

That I didn't have it before now! In all seriousness the lite product is good but I am looking forward to the rebuild/relaunch of the core product with the sidebar. That will make it much more streamlined and efficient!

As a consultant, I was looking for a lead capture solution for our client and I feel extremely lucky to stumble upon SalesPath. It's quick, easy, efficient and does exactly what our client needs it to do.

Pros

Extremely easy to use, install and integrates seamlessly with Salesforce.

Cons

I don't have any complaints! It works exactly how it's intended to and I've had zero issues with using the extension so far.

Easy to use and set up It's Free which makes it a no brainier Road map looks positive for larger deployments Support is always there to help

Cons

Doesn't remember login details so would like to have a sync between Salesforce.

Surprisingly the best part of the product was the customer service. The product seems simple and functional, but the continual outreach from the product team to ensure happiness was fantastic!

Cons

Unfortunately, there aren't any cons to mention as I was unable to get permission access to sync with the Salesforce at our company.
