Allows us to easily pull in Contacts and Candidates for our CRM/ATS which improves efficiency by reducing manual steps. Cons Currently, with our ATS integration, you can only pull in one record at a time. They are working on an option for mass parsing though. It's quick, easy, efficient and does exactly what our client needs it to do. Pros Extremely easy to use, install and integrates seamlessly with Salesforce. Cons I don't have any complaints!
