I was extremely disappointed with the product. Not being able to ever use it, forced to use a "teams app" which I despise teams apps. No browser support, and it doesn't respect privacy / lots of tracking elements which is why I couldn't use it. I was happy when our company decided to move to a different product so I could finally participate with my coworkers. We shouldn't have to choose between privacy and sharing feedback/gratitude with our peers. You should remove your tracking capabilities and make it a GOOD "USER" experience.

Pros

I was never able to use it. It doesn't support browser or privacy sensitive users. I am therefore unable to provide an accurate level of feedback because I could never try it.

Cons

No browser support. I was never able to use the product while my co-workers did. It lowers morale knowing I had to choose between my own privacy and being able to share gratitude with my coworkers. I refuse to sacrifice my rights to privacy.

Matter has helped shed some limelight on ALL of our rock stars and it has even generated more participation than we had previously,

Pros

There are so many great things, from the ease of giving kudos or feedback within Slack, to the intuitive admin platform, and all of the available analytical tools! The various currency/region options are also a huge plus!

Cons

It would be cool if when someone give kudos in a channel, if other members can add recognition coins to the original slack post. For example: Taylor gave Justin 10 coins, Eleonora clicked on "Contribute" to join in and gave Justin an additional 5 coins.

this was one of the first recognition software companies i used. ive no complaints, easy to set up easy to use. They offer top notch customer service, and treat you like real people should. Matter integrates well with all my other software and sites and apps i work with daily and can access from my phone, laptop, desktop or tablet making it a given. i did switch companies, after finding several offering same service for free, but Matter as i said was one of my first, and no complaints.

Pros

easy to use in recognizing peers, rewarding hard work, and cheap enough to afford. offers multiple features not found on other software platforms, very welcoming landing page, and customer support staff is always there for any issue big or small

Cons

you have to have a good bit of staff participate to see to be more effective. it does cost by the person when signing up for Matter, but isnt expensive unless you dont watch what your doing
