Not compatible with browser. " **Overall:** I was extremely disappointed with the product. Not being able to ever use it, forced to use a "teams app" which I despise teams apps. No browser support, and it doesn't respect privacy / lots of tracking elements which is why I couldn't use it. I was happy when our company decided to move to a different product so I could finally participate with my coworkers. We shouldn't have to choose between privacy and sharing feedback/gratitude with our peers. You should remove your tracking capabilities and make it a GOOD "USER" experience. **Pros:** I was never able to use it. It doesn't support browser or privacy sensitive users. I am therefore unable to provide an accurate level of feedback because I could never try it. **Cons:** No browser support. I was never able to use the product while my co-workers did. It lowers morale knowing I had to choose between my own privacy and being able to share gratitude with my coworkers. I refuse to sacrifice my rights to privacy. David H.
