But very few companies actively take the time and effort to do it. We were looking for an 360 degree feedback tool and luckily found matter. It makes the process seamless so that both the managers as well as individuals get tangible feedback out of it, on which they can act on. Cons Nothing as such. I felt appreciated, I knew why I was valued, and I felt liked. This is an invaluable part of Matter and I am glad that there is something that makes this process so streamlined so that it doesn't fall through the cracks Cons I do wish there was a mobile app - by the time i get back to my computer I forget details of why I wanted to kudo someone, but it would be super cool if I could sneakily send it from my phone to be waiting for them when they see it next.
