The fact it can be integrated with messaging apps like Slack is super convenient. Pros It's very easy to provide colleagues with immediate feedback Cons Redeeming points doesn't take them out of your "earned" total, which can be confusing to know how many you currently have to redeem. Cons I found it challenging that some team members didn’t engage with Kudos as much as I expected.
