Pros

I like that Matter provides an incentive to be more of a team player.

Cons

There isn't much to dislike about Matter. It would be nice if it were a little quicker to gain money with your points, but it seems fairly reasonable.

I like it. Just need to know how to motivate everyone to continue to use it the most. I really like the motivation behind it (receiving money/gift cards) and then also the bond that develops but unfortunately, it's the same people that use it weekly.

Pros

I love that it incentivizes our team to give "kudos" and show appreciation to others on the team for many reasons. It is a great way to develop camaraderie within our large team.

Cons

I wish there was a way to get more people to participate. Maybe there could be a way to give kudos to the people that participate the most at the end of the Friday?

This is the first time I know and use matter, and for almost 8 months using it, I think this is an application that can have many features in it, what I like the most is the kudos feature and giving coins to other coworkers, and for the coins we have can be exchanged for various merchant vouchers and all of them are interesting.

Pros

Experience the ease of using the apps and it's benefits

Cons

because I use slack for work, I sometimes find it difficult to find the chat room.

I have been using Matter since July, and I love how easy it is to provide honest positive feedback in a forum that allows company-wide recognition through Slack.

Pros

Love the ease of recognition, and the fact real rewards are attached (or can be)

Cons

Needs more options for redemption, maybe better $ value as well?

Really straight forward to onboard and integrate within the company, we were provided materials to circulate, and the install was a simple add in on Teams.

Pros

Matter has really made a positive impact on morale within the company, it has increased engagement and recognition. There are a wide variety of rewards to choose from to suit everyone's tastes

Cons

Just that we didn't implement it sooner!

Very easy to use and straight forward system. Even cashing in your coins for vouchers is extremely easy.

Pros

It's a great way to give credit to your colleagues for a great job well done. This is also seen by everyone in the company, which usually isn't the case.

Cons

The only potential drawback is that each week you can run out of coins, leaving some people feeling underappreciated. This could just be an individual company setting though.

Pros

I really appreciate the different options Matter provides to recognize great work from teammates. I like that we can customize our options as well to tailor great work appreciation.

Cons

I do not like the character limit on the entires because it can be difficult to express my full appreciation for my team.

terrible. why would i spend points on company swag? shouldn't my company be giving me this stuff so i can rep them? also, announcing you're changing the matter rewards AFTER you've already changed them helps absolutely no one.

Pros

nothing. after the rewards were changed this has become entirely useless.

Cons

when the matter rewards were all changed without letting anyone know.

Very positive - everyone in the company loves how simple it is to use. It definitely has increased engagements and the graphics are so fun to use! (We integrated matter to slack, so the slack channel is full of positive energy which definitely raises everyone's morale at work)

Pros

Very easy to use and graphics are endearing. Clean and user-friendly interface also is a big plus to encourage people to actually use the software!

Cons

I can't really think of any really, perhaps the lack of font options?
