It's very easy to use and understand. I love the huge gift options you can select with your coins. Pros I really appreciate the different options Matter provides to recognize great work from teammates. I like that we can customize our options as well to tailor great work appreciation. Even cashing in your coins for vouchers is extremely easy. Pros It's a great way to give credit to your colleagues for a great job well done. This is also seen by everyone in the company, which usually isn't the case. Cons The only potential drawback is that each week you can run out of coins, leaving some people feeling underappreciated. It definitely has increased engagements and the graphics are so fun to use! (We integrated matter to slack, so the slack channel is full of positive energy which definitely raises everyone's morale at work) Pros Very easy to use and graphics are endearing. Clean and user-friendly interface also is a big plus to encourage people to actually use the software! Cons I can't really think of any really, perhaps the lack of font options? Cons The selection of vendors to redeem the points. The visa/mastercard virtual suppliers are scammers.
