Great customer service and price. Will continue to use.

Pros

Simple to learn and teach others to use. Others that we looked at overcomplicated the usage and required us to use an adpage which also requires additional money. This is the best option I found for our practice.

Cons

I wish I could be notified on my mobile device when patients text. We have limited hours on certain days and not always at a desktop.

### "Convenient Patient Care Management "

Our overall experience as a clinic has been amazing. Their program is easy to learn and use and they have great training videos available. Any time we've needed to reach the customer service team directly, one of their team members has been on the phone with us in minutes and super helpful. We'd recommend Zingit to any practice looking to streamline their patient communication and limit no shows!

Pros

We use Zingit CONSTANTLY at our practice and our patients love it! Our patients get a reminder text for each of their appointments which allows for us to make sure we and they are staying on top of their care and reaching their health goals. It is so great to be able to easily reach patients in the way that is most convenient to them.

Cons

Our office currently uses the original Zingit interface. We are excited to eventually switch over to using the Z-Suite inbox because it shows reminder, birthday and recall texts that are automatic and are not shown on the oldest interface conversation history but rather only on the admin dashboard. We have not been able to switch over to the Z-Suite inbox yet because the "Trash" feature is the most important feature to our team as it allows us to stay up to date on texts and discard those conversations that have been resolved.

We've been approached by other patient communication companies and are always confident that Zingit is the most innovative and well-rounded software of its kind in the industry. Other companies aren't able to compare to the variety and quality of services that Zingit offers.

### "Great service, not just a texting service"

Very positive, great reviews, very good feedback as well, has driven business in and kept things going here very nicely.

Pros

Two way text ability, patients love that. Checking in with patients after they haven't been in for a little while is also a great feature, lots of people come in or at the very least thank us and let us know they are thinking of it. Online forms to email the patients are really easy to use and look very professional. Asking patients to review us and sending us the feedback is a wonderful feature that has really helped increase our reviews as well.

Cons

Pricing is higher but you do get a lot of really great features that would cost alot elsewhere too. Removing patients from lists and not opting out completely has been confusing and have gotten a few different answers on how to do, sometimes it works other times they still receive texts. Some of our long time patients get annoyed with being asked to review over and over again when they have already, some who are on maintenance care schedules just back the check in date get annoyed since they are coming in soon anyways, this causes some of them to completely opt out of all texts as a whole.

### "We love Zingit!"

We used to keep a very long spreadsheet of patient who had to be called and followed up with... now with Zingit we just set up a protocol for anyone who has not been in the office with in a certain period of time and they get a text message asking them if they would like to make an appointment. It saves time, money and paperwork!!! It's much more efficient!!!

Pros

Some of the best things about Zingit is that not only does it send appointment reminders but you can text patients almost anything! All the texts look like like they come straight from the office line, the patient can text you back... it saves time and phone calls. We also love being able to send new patient paperwork through Zingit.

Cons

I can't think of anything at the moment that I would change about Zingit.

Cons

For patients to make appointments doesn't match up for our scheduler and we've had patients and prospective patients get mad. If you could turn off the calendar part and just have the request an appointment part that would be a lot more helpful to us and patients not get mad at us.

### "ZingIt Makes My Job Easier!"

ZingIt just makes so many things easier and more efficient. They’re amazing and I love them.

Pros

I love everything about ZingIt but my favorite part is the ability to quickly and efficiently speak with patients and move around their appointment if needed. They can let us know if they’re running a bit late or if they can come in early. I also love ZingIt’s Forms which has seriously altered my work life to allow patients to fill out their paperwork ahead of time. One of the best new features they offer!!

Cons

I would love the option to send emojis to our patients. A lot of our patients already try to send them to us so I’d love to send some back!

Pros

The user experience was great - simple and clear workability. There is an option to receive emails when out of the office.

Cons

Customer support was less than other companies I have used. They are wanted to upgrade to pro version instead of solving the issue at hand. Communication is delayed even by email.

Pros

This allows my staff to stay in contact with patients that would otherwise be lost in the wind. Some people like to text over phone calls.

I can't really think of any cons at this time.

Pros

I love the appointment reminders and being able to have the app ask patients for reviews. It's a conversation i hate having. Now I'm put of it and still getting the reviews I need.

Cons

I think it's an expensive program, but I see the benefits of it.

The largest benefit has been decreasing out missed appointments.

Pros

Appointment reminders are fantastic & have improved our missed appointments. The broadcaster is useful, but allowing more characters would be extremely helpful.

Cons

When messages fail, it would be helpful to see what phone numbers failed.Higher character allowance for texts. We have to send multiple texts to get our full message to patients.I'm the broadcaster, having the list of patients chosen seems like they show in a random order. It would be helpful to be able to organize the order by last name, appointment time, etc.

Pros

Automatically connects with our schedule to send appointment reminders via text. We also love how easy it is to message back and forth with patients, as if we were texting them.

Cons

There is no email option. There are times when we find that sending emails to patients instead of texts would be so helpful.

The system is easy to use. Our patients love it. Customer service is always helpful. The monthly fee is easily worth the value it brings to the office and patients.

Pros

The system is super easy to use. The automatic text reminders are great. Our patients love them. It is also nice that they can reply to us directly for any changes. The happy birthday automatic texts are wonderful. The system makes reactivations and check-ins very easy for staff to do. I love that you can set them to go out at a future time so you can do them early in the morning or late at night but have them send at a normal afternoon time

Cons

I wish that we could receive pictures. We take care of a lot of pregnant women and they like to send us a picture after the baby is born. People also like to send a picture of their insurance card on occasion. We have had a few issues with the system going off-line and reminders not being sent out, however, customer service corrected the issue quickly and it didn’t affect our day

We have seen a major decrease in missed appointments and a more successful recall system with Zingit.

Pros

We have used Zingit for years and I can say it has lessened the amount of time our office was spending on appointment reminders, missed appointment follow up calls and just general communication with patients. Being able to communicate with patients in real time via text has opened up a world of opportunity.

Cons

I wish there were a way to easily set up monthly reminders for patients who don't schedule but would like to receive a nudge to book an appointment. I realize that I can be done but the process to do so is timely and frustrating.

Zingit has been a great company to work with. Not only is the cost very affordable for what we need, the customer service is great as well. Any time I have had an issue with the system , I have been taken care of in a short period of time. The software/service in itself has been a huge time saver in our practice. It has also helped tremendously with patient communication.

Pros

I like how easy it is to use. I am not a techy and find this software simple.

Cons

What I like least is the field of characters allowed in a text. I feel like there can be more.

Pros

The software is very well automated and sends out the messages as you schedule them.

Cons

At this time it only come in english. We have many spanish patients and Zingit will not check our software to decide which to send the selected language message. Seems like an easy fix since they are already linked to the software and the software ask to select a language. Also I wish there was an app so we could respond to text when the office is closed and we are not online.

The customer service is awesome! If I ever have a problem, which has only been twice in 2 1/2 years, they were prompt at resolving the issue, and they very friendly as well.

Pros

You can send free form text, and the option to send text in the future.

Cons

When you type in the patient's last name into the search field you can't hit enter, you have to click on the "search" button. Which is really not that big of a deal, just a bit annoying, because most software programs I use in this field has that option.

Pros

I love the automated text reminders that go out to our patients each evening about their appointment the next day. Patients are able to respond to the reminders to confirm, change or cancel their appointments, which is an efficient use of their time and ours. Calling to leave a message frequently does not connect on a timely basis with our busy patients.

Cons

I would like to have the option to send an additional reminder on the same day as the appointment.

Pros

The ability of the person to reply and have a conversation with us via text as opposed to just reply Y/N for if you'll be able to make the appointment.

Cons

When the patient replies cancel referring to their appointment, the software opts the patient out of the messaging automatically and it's difficult to opt them back in again. Also, the software doesn't always pick up the correct phone number.
