Pros I liked that you could connect with our scheduling software. I also appreciated that you didn't have to be a patient to get a message. Cons Inconsistent messages sent. Pros We have a chiropractic clinic and many of the patients are relying on their text reminder to keep appointments. We have less missed appointments and fill out less reminder cards. Cons It occasionally does not work. It would be nice if it had a feature that texted the administrators in addition to an email. If the employee is out of the office that receives the email, we don't know until the patients that depend on this for their reminders start missing! Review Source EV Esthee V. Pros Easy to use and efficient way to communicate with patients. I love that it is 2 way texting and not limited to "Reply 1 for Yes" type texting. Cons On 3 different occasions, my reminders didn’t get out!!! I lost money (patient not showing up for his/her appt). Very disappointing. It sends out reminders that are very helpful in patients keeping there appointments. Cons On occasion the appointment reminder do not go out on time, but that has only happened a couple times. Instead of having to take time and make reminder calls, we rely on Zingit's automated system. Cons Occasionally, reminders don't go out and we are unable to contact customer service to rectify the issue in time which results in confusion for patients. Plus the ability to individualize information for specific patients. Cons At times, being online, my internet provider is down and this can limit platforms that are online based. Makes a big difference in patient results when they keep their appointments. Pros The capacity to send text messages, recalls/reactivations as well as email reminders. Cons The many glitches. This product is constantly not sending out reminders. We have had many patients complain about not receiving their appointment reminders. This feature is not reliable. Also, reminders aren't sent for appointment created after 12 pm for the next day. We do not have the time to manually send out x number of reminders per day. Also, the program is not very user-friendly.
