Works with my existing software. And as stated above, it delivers results. Pros It gets results. My office visit numbers are up since beginning with Zingit about three months ago. Cons The price. Although it certainly pays for itself and then some, I can't help but think that this program could be put out to users at a cost that is somewhat less while still allowing Zingit to be profitable. It allows us to send videos and birthday cards as well as our text reminders. This has helped to eliminate wasted time on appointment reminder phone calls and our patients love being able to text us back to change an appointment. Pros This software is extremely easy to use. We use it in the office to be able to send text message reminders. These are daily reminders for appointments in our office. Cons The biggest hesitation that we had with Zingit was the cost.
