July 28, 2019 5.0 The experience was very smooth when we transitioned and while it did take a while (not srfax fault) we finally got where we needed to be. All accounts and numbers were created, imported and functional on day one. I would highly recommend this service to anyone. Pros \- The ease of use is unbelievable and since we have launched there have been little to no issues - Practically no downtime for faxing! - Printer driver is a simple click,click installation - Individual address books even for shared accounts - Complete logs of all transmissions - Porting any and all of our numbers needed! - Pricing is on point and they are HIPAA compliant Cons \- The only con that I can give SRFAX is that Customer Support could be a bit better, that is my only feedback. We have had a few calls in to support and we had a few good people and others just sounded eager to end the call. Reason for choosing SRFAX \- Pricing - Features - Service - Porting - Uptime!! Updox was becoming a hindrance with daily downtime issues for various accounts, in some cases, we would have downtime for days on end with no real explanation. Review Source NW Nikki W. The failed fax reporting is a great feature, along with getting emails when we receive faxes. Cons I can honestly say there is not a standout thing that I dislike about SRFax. We wanted a fax service that is affordable and reliable, and SRFax has been just that. Hippa compliance Cons Partial faxes... if you’re lucky. Getting multiple calls daily for faxes that were sent and never received. Started having clients send test faxes and only 40/50% were received. One of the few products that also focuses on receiving faxes just as much as sending faxes. Many products out there send faxes but receiving them is very difficult. That is why we went with SRFAX. Pros This was an easy service to setup. We had issues with getting faxes from older fax machines on RingCentral. We moved all faxes to SRFAX and now we do not have any issues. The sync tool works on a server on the cloud and syncs with our EHR. I have not had a single issue with the sync tool either. All this and it is HIPAA compliant and they give a BAA. We use this instead of paper and we stay digital. Cons None. It works well for receiving faxes too. Review Source MS Matthew S. Signing up, buying phone numbers, adding users and using the service were easy. We are very happy with SRFax. Pros We chose SRFax because they have HIPAA-compliant plans. We like that it was very easy to set up, required almost no training for our users, it's reliable and the price was reasonable. Cons We haven't found any negatives with it. So far, it's done everything that we want and has been easy to use and administer. Reason for choosing SRFAX We chose this service because it offered the features we need with a simple interface at the most reasonable price. This was clearly the best choice for us. SRFAX was the most cost effective solution at the most reasonable price. we don't do a lot of faxing, but we did need to have something. Pros it has all the features you need. of course, in reality, the only features one usually needs with faxing is to be able to send and receive. i do like having an archive of faxes stored online, so i can refer to them if necessary. Cons the user interface could use some fine tuning, but other than that, it pretty much does whatever i need it to do. Reason for choosing SRFAX equivalent features to the competitors, and lower price. we didn't see any need to pay more money for the same thing, or for features we were never going to use. I have found the service very easy to use. I really appreciate not having to buy and maintain an actual fax machine. Because I keep electronic records, faxes can be put directly into client files on my computer without dealing with paper. SRFax offers a BAA, which is an important feature for mental health professionals. Pros Easy to use. Professional design. Great value for money. This software helps me stay paper free while working with other healthcare providers and insurance companies. Pros The price is great for an HIPPA compliant fax number. Pros User interface is clear and pleasing to the eye, with a clear layout and easy to understand pages. There is ability to add users onto an account, and allows email notification for multiple features. Cons The biggest struggle with the software is the inability to realize if a fax number is correct or not before attempting a send.
