Swingvy is just like an assistant, to help us on lots of complicated administrations task. Pros The best part of the software is it is very suited for Asia companies, since it compliance with the local regulations which is very suitable for companies, others are too general, and lack compliance with the law. Cons It is very suitable for our size around 20, just moving our HR, procurement progress, etc.. on the platform. Suitable for companies of all sizes. Pros It's very easy to use, with a great UI/UX. It covers a lot of the necessary feature of what HR tool should. Cons New features are rolled out in a slower manner so you are stuck with the core essential ones.
