It is easy to use and intuitive. It makes a great contribution to customer gains and returns. The e-mail feature is running smoothly.

Pros

I liked the use of the product, it has a pleasant intuitive design. It has features that can be used as a digital marketing tool. Thanks to its communication feature, it provides us with customer gain and feedback. Contactlab helps me stay in touch with my customers and generate sales. e-mail feature is very useful.love the ability to see who opens emails, clicks, gets ignored. It's great to analyze them. Also, customer analysis is a great product to learn about them. The Hub has a feature that allows you to collect and integrate all your customer data in the Contactlab Marketing Cloud in one place in real time. This way, we can gather information to build personalized, profitable relationships with our Clients.

Cons

I cannot be critical about contactlab because this excellent software does not deserve bad reviews.

Quando utilizzo ContactLab sono sicuro di usare un'interfaccia software chiara nelle sue funzionalità, e gradevole nell'interfaccia. La percezione che ho è che ogni dettaglio sia cesellato con cura ed attenzione.

Pros

Utilizzo "Send" per mandare comunicazioni mail e newsletter ricorrenti, e devo dire che mi sono trovato bene fin dal primo invio. Le funzionalità specifiche per la creazione del database e per la generazione della comunicazione sono esplicite e ben realizzate: l'utente ha la sensazione di avere tutto il processo sotto controllo, e di sapere in quale punto esatto dell'iter si trovi. Recentemente ho dovuto controllare un gran numero di database utenti, e mi ha stupito al velocità e la facilità con cui ho reperito le informazioni. Devo essere sincero, ci sono state delle occasioni in cui qualcosa è andato storto, perché ho fatto un errore irreversibile, oppure perché il software non ha eseguito il task come mi aspettavo: in queste situazioni di emergenza il servizio clienti è sempre stato pronto alla risposta telefonica, e chiaro nelle comunicazioni via mail. Anche di questo tengo conto quando mi sento di valutare l'esperienza che ho con un software, per essere soddisfatto a 360 gradi
