## What is MyReviewEngine?

MyReviewEngine is a tool that easily allows any local business (i.e. doctor, dentist, travel agency, auto dealer, etc) to produce more reviews and gain exposure by creating better customer relations. Our tool will allow your customers/patients to select their star rating (1-5), and either leave their comments on a public website (i.e. Google, Yelp, YellowPages, etc) or submit their comments in a private form. Either way, you have 100% control over what's publicly posted and what's not.

Overall, my experience was good. The service did exactly what it advertised and it helped bring our Google Reviews average up to 4.5 stars. The only problem I have with this service is that our volume of customer information I can provide is nowhere near the amount recommended per week or per month at the moment.

Pros

I found that MyReviewEngine is a well designed and simple to use program. All you need to do is provide it a name and an email address to get started and it does the rest for you automatically. If needed, it has options that allow you to customize its behavior which is nice.

Cons

The one con I can think of, and it's not even that major to me, but I don't think the customer feedback tab ever worked for me. I could see that customers clicked the email and did a rating, but I could never see what ratings the customers left even if they didn't make a Google/Yelp review.
