From the very beginning, their team demonstrated a genuine commitment to understanding our business, goals, and target audience. They weren’t just a software vendor - they were a true strategic partner. The level of attentiveness, proactive communication, and hands-on support we received (especially from our account manager \[sensitive content hidden\] ) was exceptional. They helped us navigate challenges like inbox deliverability, offered creative solutions, and even extended additional credits to ensure we got full value from the platform. While we didn’t see a high volume of warm replies due to inbox issues, the outreach still led to meaningful discovery calls and conversations. More importantly, the business development fundamentals and best practices they taught us continue to benefit our team long after the engagement. Pros What stood out most about Growbots was their incredible attentiveness and partnership-oriented approach. They were exceptionally friendly, always available, and genuinely listened to what we needed. They didn’t just run a playbook—they collaborated with us to build one. They shared business development best practices that we still use to this day, helped us troubleshoot inbox deliverability with creativity and care, and consistently went above and beyond to ensure we saw value, including offering extra credits when needed. Their regular check-ins, strategic guidance, and willingness to roll up their sleeves made them feel like an extension of our team. Cons While our overall experience was very positive, the only challenge we faced was with email deliverability, which impacted the volume of warm responses. That said, this wasn’t due to lack of effort on Growbots’ part - they worked diligently to troubleshoot, offered generous solutions, and stayed proactive throughout. Despite the deliverability issues, we still booked a meaningful number of discovery calls that led to fruitful conversations. I had a stellar onboarding and got a lot of great advice and I find the tool very easy to use. Pros Sequences are smart and easy to use. My open rates and reply rates are much higher than before I started using this tool. Cons Prospecting tool. It's intuitive and well-designed, but it's too expensive for me to use as my primary tool. We have one technical issue outstanding regarding something to do with the DNS but getting flagged as spam just led \[SENSITIVE CONTENT HIDDEN\] to say, get in touch with your provider and then we can restart the campaigns with that new email address. I deleted all campaigns and paused sending to be on the safe side. Pros Ease of use, relatively easy to set up including all the email things that non techies like me don't understand such as spf records. Cons I am now in the middle of sorting out getting a domain that I have been using for about 12 years out of spam purgatory. I specifically asked during set up if I should use a g-suite account and was told no need. I may be the only person on this planet currently grateful for COVID-19 as I am essentially shut down from email for 3 days while Godaddy tries to get my email address no longer flagged as a spammer by Microsoft. Pros I love that our SDR's can live within Growbots. They can scrape their leads, enroll them into cold sequences, track people who are warming up, enroll them on a personalized sequence, then bring them to a demo with personalized emails, phone calls and LI touches. So, excellent, all in 1 tool for outbound. Cons The only thing I'd like is to be able to see is: In the list view of contacts in a campaign, on the list, see how many times they opened and clicked instead of clicking into accounts. This way I can click a campaign, select the engaged leads, move them in a manual campaign. For now, taking a look at the engaged accounts is working though. Review Source PL Paula L. Everything about it has added value to our sales efforts. Pros There are multiple things: #1 The customer service is outstanding- I feel like all the people who answer my questions are on my own team. They are swift to answer, or find out answers, make suggestions, follow up and they are warm human beings who interact with the best business manners I have ever experienced-every time. It usually just puts a smile on my face. Bravo!! #2 The value of having validated prospects to email is priceless. Being able to filter multiple ways to find the prospects I need to approach saves so much time and frustration-as a one woman show in these efforts, using Growbots has been a God send. #3 The integration and continued education of the system has been impressively easy to handle, with the guidance and direction of the Growbots team. There is still so much for me to explore, as the system is continually updated, but until I do that, I have a system that works and delivers resulting in terms of getting prospects attention and then getting appointments. Cons The only thing I have thought about is the fresh state of the prospect list as I continue to use this application for more than 18 months so far. Just a little frustrated when my campaign can't find any additional prospects, sometimes. I know it takes tweaking, which works, but then ends up expanding the net which takes more time to filter through. November 1, 2023 4.0 Amazing support, great product but it never let me use its full potential . I was ready to spend €3,000k per month on buying new contacts, but It stopped after the first buy. And at this moment I still don not yet have contacted all the contacts of the first buy. Pros Contacts, setting up campaigns, email tool and prospectlist in one tool Cons The hasle with setting up the emails and the steadily increase of number of emails sent eacht day. Every time I set up the campaign and email again there was a problem wit warming bots, SPAM etc. I was never able to utilize the product to it's full potential. I set up several new email addressess, built up the number each week. etc. But I never got to the maximum number possible. That left me with a hugh number of contacts that I could not use, because the campaign is executed so slow. I could see helping many B2B companies by offering Growbots as a service. But I would need an expert content person who could also analyze and tweak messaging based on analytics. Pros The overall capability to target broadcast to a large, qualified audience with sequenced messaging. Cons The learning curve. it's necessary - but not as easy as I'd like. It would be good if part of the package was a content creator that could help with the messaging and analysis so messaging could be tweaked. I can handle the functionality part, but the content and analysis need ongoing support. Second, I love their education and templates for writing emails. I also really appreciate how dedicated their support team is. Whenever we have an issue we get answers in less than 5 minutes Cons A missing feature is when you transfer a contact to a new campaign you aren’t told which campaign it initially came from. It does everything it says it does and the growbots team couldn't be more helpful. The site itself is not without its bugs and quirks, but its a process and at the end of the day, my emails get sent correctly and the analytics come in as advertised. Cons This doesn't work well on mobile and some pages/tools are buggy still. The sales process was zero pressure, heavy on solution-based selling with very clear expectations on commitment and implementation. Onboarding was always available as needed and met with us several extra times to help us launch. Lastly, we even had a custom request that was needed and they were able to complete that in a short period of time. A terrific experience and highly recommended. Pros A big reason we selected Growbots was due to the dedicated coach you receive to put you on good habits when starting their system. They second large benefit was the sequencing of emails they offer. The other list provider we were looking at didn't have that functionality and was substantially more. Cons If I had to pick something it would be that they are pretty strict about wanting you to buildout, edit, and finalize your first entire campaign before getting started. There was no problem whatsoever to import these leads into my company's CRM through .csv. Pros Growbots allows quickly finding thousands of leads from a database very similar to the LinkedIn's Sales Navigator. These leads are easily exportable to a .csv or .xls with many attributes. The validity of the leads generated by Growbots in my case ranged from 75% to 90% which is much higher than any previous manual lead generation work that I used. Cons Sometimes, when your search criteria are way too wide, the system finds it hard to bring out massive numbers of leads, which is logical and can't be considered a serious disadvantage to the system. Unlike other tools, you have the ability to generate new fresh prospects as needed, a functionality that is usually reserved for more expensive tools. Setting up templates and creating sequences is easy and fast, and navigating to what you need is easy with the built in filters. Perfect tool for growing small to medium businesses, and it's value priced. Cons Although a tremendous overall platform for the investment, there are a few kinks that need attention. The reporting and analytics are sufficient, but could be better. When transferring prospects from one campaign to the next, there is a limit of 100 at a time to avoid bogging down the platform which can become cumbersome. They also have some limitations when you need to remove prospects completely, for example if the prospect is geographically tied to only one product and you don't want them in your other campaigns. Great Support from Customer Service and proactive help to improve and guidance to enhance the messaging and best practices for generating Leads successfully. Cons Ability to automatically load additional Contacts that match the same criteria for the active campaigns, and it requires to manually keep loading it, as well as incorrect contacts post loading makes the planned throughput lower for emails sent out as planned daily. And it was excellent! They set up our first campaign for us, took us through all the dos-and-don’ts, and found us success with email campaigns that work. Since then, we’ve been able to set up effective campaigns easily with high-quality prospects on our own. And I think that is invaluable to any marketing team. Growbots may be a little expensive, but the ease of high-quality prospecting, writing emails, and creating campaigns – all in a single workflow, is invaluable. For us, \[SENSITIVE CONTENT\], also the entire Growbots Customer Success team, have been excellent, offering expertise and prompt help for any step in the process. They seem to genuinely care for their product and their customers – Kudos! Pros Database is good and it's great to have prospects and email campaigns in the same platform - really simplifies our workflow. The 3-month onboarding and customer support have been invaluable. Cons Analytics are not always precise, but that is a universal issue with automated tracking. The team has been working with us to give us better tracking. I've also used Outreach which did feel a little "richer" in some ways, but it was also a longer learning curve. I'm not sure if I picked-up Growbots because it's easier to learn or because I had already learned Outreach. Either way, does the job, good value for the dollar, great support, and it has a little ways to go but it's almost there! Pros I love that upon launching a campaign, the table is set to make the prospect and company names 'natural.' It is easier to do than in spreadsheets, and when the company name is changed, it does it for all the prospects at once. Cons I can't click on an account and see all the prospects in it, or all the prospects from an account within a campaign. A built-in dialer would also be very helpful. A little confusion on what "qualified" meant. Didn't know that it would pause the prospects in the campaign. A "qualified" prospect could technically (by the definition of the word) be 'qualified' even before any contact is made.
