Overall, respond flow has helped me talk with leads in real time versus sending them emails, hoping that they will read them and reply. Nowadays everybody has their phone on them in the ability to text with customers is immensely helpful.

Pros

Where I like the most about the software is that I can set up text to be sent automatically back to people who send keyword texts to my line. It speeds up the process of getting answers to customers as well as engaging leads immediately after the first contact us.

Cons

One thing I like the least about the software is the inability to schedule a text to go to an individual person. I feel like you should have the ability to schedule a text to go to a specific person on a given day and time of your choice. This was available on the first version but has since been removed.

Communicating with customers, being able to talk to them subtly, without coming off as spam.

Pros

I liked that it was an affordable way for me to text with my customers, while not coming of as spam. The integration with Zapier is very smooth, RespondFlow team really helped me understand the value behind their software, and how to effectively use it.

Cons

What i didn't like was the learning curve, but that was resolved with some practice.

Pros

The software was easy to use and allowed me to text back and forth with my clients to remind them of my webinar without having to use my personal cell phone.

Cons

I wish there was a way to get notified of a new text message without having to login to my account. Having a desktop notification or app notification would have been helpful.
