Nowadays everybody has their phone on them in the ability to text with customers is immensely helpful. Pros Where I like the most about the software is that I can set up text to be sent automatically back to people who send keyword texts to my line. It speeds up the process of getting answers to customers as well as engaging leads immediately after the first contact us. Cons One thing I like the least about the software is the inability to schedule a text to go to an individual person. I feel like you should have the ability to schedule a text to go to a specific person on a given day and time of your choice. This was available on the first version but has since been removed.
