In beiden Varianten konnte mich das Programm überzeugen. Mir gefällt die sehr zügige Arbeitsweise im Editor, da ich Inhalte schnell und genau anordnen kann und immer eine hohe Qualität habe. Über die konstant veröffentlichten Neuerungen wird präzise und praxisnahe informiert, so dass man nie das Gefühl hat etwas verpasst zu haben. Ich habe damit mittlerweile über 80 Kurse erstellt und immer gutes Feedback bekommen. Zur Zeit nutze ich Create eigentlich nur als Autoren-Tool, künftig werde ich die LCMS Funktionen noch mehr nutzen. Das Backend ist zwar am Anfang etwas gewöhnungsbedürftig, aber mittlerweile haben sich die Workflows bei mir etabliert. Demnächst werde ich auch die neuen KI-Features testen und bin gespannt ob diese, wie erhofft, meine Effizienz bei der Content-Erstellung noch weiter steigern werden. Pros Knowledge Create ermöglicht das Erstellen von Kursen in einem modernen Design, das individuell als Template angelegt werden kann. Dadurch sehen alle Inhalte wie aus einer Feder und sehr hochwertig aus. Der WYSIWYG-Editior macht die Content-Erstellung zu einer wahren Freude und bietet eine gute Auswahl an interaktiven Elementen. Der Aufbau von Kursen aus kleinen modularen Wissensbausteinen ermöglich eine schnell, präzise Aktualisierung von Inhalten. Eine weiteres wichtiges Feature ist es, Inhalte einfach und schnell internationalisieren zu können und im Out sowohl einzelne Sprachen als auch im Sprachpaket exportieren zu können. Pros Mir gefällt das Lernzielmanagement am besten. Hierdurch hat man die Möglichkeit Lernziele und Lerngegenstände mittels Wissensbausteinen zu organisieren und bei Bedarf zu pflegen. Grundsätzlich ist der Ansatz, dass nicht nur Medien, sondern alle Inhalte als Assets verwalten werden können, der beste Ansatz, um auch bei sehr großen Produktionen die Übersicht zu behalten. Cons Das Aussehen der Benutzeroberfläche (Logo, Schrift, Farben der Navigation etc.) kann nur über ein zentrales Thema, das bei chemmedia beauftragt wird, verändert werden. Grundsätzlich ist das auch der beste Ansatz, um einen einheitlichen Look für alle Produktionen sicherzustellen, aber manchmal wäre es ein wenig schnelle, wenn man z. B. ein Logo selber tauschen könnte. When I was finally able to reach a person to help me with it, it became even more complicated due to, what my employer perceived, poor management of talents. Pros I could not even test it as the service for the trial was not handle very well. Cons costumer service is one the the biggest flaw as it would prevent potential costumer from using the software in the first place.
