Compared to others, it is really easy to use. Pros Blue is very easy to use and userful for organizing a variety of projects, Teams and Topics. It is developed in a fast way and is gaining additional feautures very often. Cons Really nothing. As it is helpful on a fiendly and easy way, I used it really gladly. Pros Well thought out with multiple views of record data. 6 Different roles of users with only 3 of them requiring payment. Permissions are exclusive to each individual "Project". Contains a wide variety of augmentive components including comments, chat, files, documents, WiKi, automations, AI, all integrated with it core information. Very cost-effective, particularly with their currently available Lifetime Deals. Cons Designed first as a Project Management system, many of the titles, descriptions in dialog boxes, etc. were rather specific to that use. However, the vision of the \[sensitive content hidden\] was such to realize that Blue could be used for broader uses generally reserved for generic relational databases. As such they're making these descriptions more "generic" (e.g. "records" vs "todos") so that end users won't be confused when a particular "table" is really designed to support an on-going process, or merely a repository of information. You can also have a lot of unstructured information in docs and wikis. Cons Sometimes the platform may not respond to certain UI elements. It does save data without automatically without any buttons, so a simple refresh fixes the problem. Digital Marketer Health, Wellness and Fitness Used the software for: 1-2 years ### "Most cost-effective project management platform for any-sized teams" November 20, 2022 5.0 I started using Bloo more than a year ago when I first saw it marketed as a simple project management tool similar to Basecamp. I always liked Basecamp but for small teams, spending US$50/month is kinda out of the question. Fast forward 1+ year ago and new features shipped every single month, it's a solid project management tool that is more performant than Basecamp. Pros Affordability, simplicity, flexibility and feature-richness are the biggest reasons why Bloo (now known as Blue) will be one of the strong contenders to the big boys in project management. It also helps that the founder is a C-suite in a global agency and his team uses the software day-in, day-out. Cons Nothing much to complain about Blue, except maybe some key things are missing (eg. gantt charts). These key features are shipping soon according to their roadmap, so I imagine when the time comes, adoption rate will increase exponentially. Even though I got the software at an early adopter stage, this is definitely not one of those "Minimum viable products." Bloo was rolled out when it was fully functional and virtually bug free. I am really impressed for how the \[SENSITIVE CONTENT\] and team treated the product with care and integrity. Also they really put thoughts into the UI/UX design so ordinary people (retail clerks, farmers, constructions workers) can use a PM tool to keep organized and informed digitally. Pros Super easy, intuitive to use. I got my non-tech savvy colleagues to use immediately on day 1. Got my clients onboard and everybody loves it. I mean, so far everyone who has never used Project management board before or lightly dabbled on them because how complicated they can be. Bloo is fun! Cons Nothing, honestly. I ticks all my boxes. August 26, 2022 5.0 Bloo has been a key piece of software in running my businesses and keeping track of orders, and my todos. I can't imagine what I did without it! Pros Need to organize projects or todo lists, but frustrated with the lack of flexibility? Bloo is super easy to understand and setup, even for the non technical type. I was overwhelmed tried a number of different project management software before settling on bloo. The UI is simple and powerful. Easy to get data in and out quickly. Cons It would be great to see expanded email functionality introduced to tie that in with the rest of the software, also better integration with outside applications in general. Die Software läuft stabil und ist auch als App verfügbar. Pros Bloo ist einfach zu bedienen und man kann zwischen unterschiedlichen Ansichten (Kalender, Bord, Liste, Datenbank wechseln. Ich plane damit meine Produkte, meine täglichen To-Do´s und nutze es auch, um mit Kunden Dateien auszutauschen und mit ihnen in Kontakt zu bleiben. Tags machen es einfach, zusammengehörende Aufgaben zu finden bzw. danach zu filtern. Kleine Automatisierungen der Abläufe (z.B. Verschieben einer Aufgabe nach Erledigung) halten das Bord übersichtlich. Was ich besonders schätze ist, dass das Tool ständig weiterentwickelt wird.
