The programme is efficient and user-friendly yet not free and flexible. Before choosing Copywritely, weigh the advantages and downsides. Pros I like that Copywritely is great for efficiency. As a writer, I can quickly optimise material for both search engines and readers. The software is great at detecting and fixing SEO issues right away. Copywritely's content analysis is also really helpful, as it shows me which parts of the text need improvement and which can stay the same. Cons I find that Copywritely lacks versatility. As an expert author, I lack control when it comes to rewriting. Additionally, the software doesn't provide me with authoring advice for SEO beginners. The price of Copywritely is another issue for me. As a freelancer or small business, the cost of the software can be hard to manage. Furthermore, there are no discounts or payment options available. I also like the other reports like Readability and Keyword stuffing which an non English write an freedom to write and use the keyword safely. Cons Improvements on Copywritely is very slow. Other Service providers are adding more functions so quickly and they are evolving at an faster pace. Review Source Response from Sitechecker October 29, 2021 Thank you, Ashok! JR Jessica R. I personally wish the personal plans were more affordable, so I could use it more outside of work when I write freelance. Pros We like the keyword stuffing checker the most and use this tool primarily for that. Cons The grammar checker isn't as good as Grammarly or Language Tool, so we have to jump from this tool back to those. When trying to change things, the cursor will move to strange positions. It also adds formatting to the text that we have to take out later. Alternatives considered [ProWritingAid](https://www.capterra.com/p/170745/ProWritingAid/) Reason for choosing Copywritely The Keyword Density Checker is easy to use. Review Source Response from Sitechecker November 17, 2021 Thank you for such a detailed review, Jessica! I liked the way your can overlook what freelancers are doing for you as well within copywritely, makes it very handy when working on large projects. Cons Can take a while to learn all the things it can do and the navigation is a little bit confusing, I think they could rework the UX a little bit more. Review Source Mayo L. Pros Copywritely can automatically proofread content for several common web-related issues such as plagiarism, readability, keyword stuffing, and grammar before you hit that publish button. Cons The grammar tool is not as established as Grammarly. And there are other tools that provide similar services. Review Source Adhi S. So we'll wait and see. Pros Automatically proofread content for plagiarism, readability, keyword stuffing, and grammar before you publish. Analyze data from competitors to create the best SEO copy. Pros We sometimes farm out copywriting services and Copywritely quickly enables us to gauge the originality of the text supplied. Cons It can't always read text from URL's which means that we have to copy and paste the text manually. Review Source Response from Sitechecker May 16, 2019 Thank you for feedback! I really like the thoroughness of its analysis when it grades your content. The algorithms make it so easy to find out how well your content measures up to the search engines. I’ll really be using this! Cons I wish you could add on users in the one purchase package. It seems like it should be accommodating on all price levels. I shouldn’t have to upgrade at 3 times my current package just to get an extra user placed on the account. Review Source Response from Sitechecker May 21, 2019 Thank you for a great suggestion! Pros All the options this software offers are helping to improve your SEO, specially the "article rewriter", it helps you to remove duplicated words and other that can injure the quality of your text. Cons The huge difference between yearly and monthly plans, for the basic one it's almost double price and I thing this is too much.
