Has a desktop app and it's a tool that grows with the projects I have. Pros I like that I can easily change how I view the data I have inputted. And how I can easily filter it in a way that is most beneficial to me. Cons I'm not sure what to write for this. I would have to know what I am missing to make a comment. January 4, 2022 5.0 Pros Infinity have lot of flexibility in the work flow and the Templates are one great thing that only needed to re-configure to the business. It's simple and intuitive to use. It helps stay organized and run my business. The ability to copy workflows we commonly use. Cons There's still things can be done for improve and it's growing quickly, for example, add more integration and automations. There is no calendar view in the mobile app. Integrating and automating more is on my wish list. Overall, I’m satisfied with it and I will continue to use it to organize my work and my life. Pros Infinity is very flexible. I use it to organize personal and work projects and to evaluate different choices I have to make. However, you can use it for so much more than that, and they have well-thought out templates to help you start your work. Cons You can display data in a table format in Infinity, but the tables lack formulas. The platform is still developing so you will sometimes run into menu changes that take some adjusting to. January 20, 2020 5.0 Pros I discovered this tool in Dec 2019 started with the Sales CRM board. After one week, I decided to go on as a lifetime member of our company. It's so easy to use and the more you are using it, the more I love it. My colleagues are all very impressed with the tool. The lifetime investment is worth it. Their customer services are excellent too. Cons As its, a new tool with some of the functions is still on the road map. e.g. advance permission setup etc. But I am sure these all worth waiting. Infinity totally nails it with that. It has so many different features that make it very easy to manage the different projects within my business as well as collaborate with partners. I am able to switch the views around of the different boards to view them in a calendar way and sort them by priority / name / category. Cons I don't like that you can't automate as well on here as other platforms. It replaced other services and condensed all into "one place to rule them all". Pros Imagine a place where you can throw data of any kind and have it shown in exactly the type of view you need (calendar, table, lists) with text formatting capabilities, hyperlinking, image support, tagging, commenting, sharing, etc. Cons Since it's early in the dev cycle, it's still lacking some key features like reminders. Roadmap is also solid. Cons I found it rather slow, to be honest. That was what really ticked me off. :( I'm not sure if it was my location, but because of the speed, it's hard for me to use it.
