Kreditoren-Stammdaten bekommen. / durch die tägl. Systemmails mit Erinnerungen zu offenen Re.freigaben haben wir auch bislang eher träge agierende Mitarbeiter angeschubst bekommen :-) Die Integration der Candis-Firmenkreditkarten für alle Mitarbeiter, direkt im gleichen System wollen wir nicht mehr missen! Zusätzlich kann man im Homeoffice problemlos arbeiten. In Coronazeiten, wenn alle Mitarbeiter im Homeoffice waren, konnten die Belege nicht abgezeichnet werden. Das war mit Candis vorbei. Die Prozesse wurden innerhalb kürzester Zeit ohne Probleme umgestellt. Pros Keine Papierflut mehr, deshalb kaum Papierverbrauch. Keine Rechnungseingangstabellen führen. Keine Nachfragen im Team, wo die Rechnungen bleiben. Keine Rechnungsablage mehr. Einfache Prozesse. Implementierung simpel. Für Nichtbuchhalter einfach zu verstehen. Übertrag zu DATEV sehr einfach. Pros Sehr übersichtlich, läuft sehr zügig, übersichtlich. Für den "einfachen" Gebrauch ein gutes GUI. Die Infomails bzgl. offener Vergänge ist ebenfalls sehr gut gemacht. Cons hab noch keine großen "Themen" gefunden. Jedoch eine Sache finde ich schon jetzt problematisch. Wie kann man als Anwender dem Portal selber seine(n) "Vertreter\*in" in Urlaubsfall mitgeben ? Denn in großen Unternehmen hat die FiBu wohl am wenigesten Ahnung, wer wann nicht da ist.
