“Excellent planning tool ”

OverallAs stated before. There is an ease of use and a swiftness in response from the program that really suits my needs. I've used the program on my computer, my iPad, my phone and all of them give immediate feedback with the most recent information. I personally love the iPad view which helps me be mobile as well as give my customers a feel that no other pet hotel owner can. The few times that I've had to appeal for support was dealt with swiftly and accurately. No question has been left unanswered. Better yet, they've gone further than expected on several occasions giving me more than what I asked for.
ProsThe ease of use is amazing. It's intuitive and very user friendly. The colors are pleasing to the eyes and really help to find your way. It's made for my business with understanding of the rules and regulations. I use is daily to book and check on occupancy. The dashboard helps me follow-up on what's coming in and what's going out. I have a view on who's paid and who still needs to pay. Multi-language contracts are easy to setup and personalize which is a big help. All in all, I couldn't have asked for a better program to suit my needs.
ConsIt needs to develop a larger audience so that customers can quickly chose between the pet hotels with availability. A service like in the hotel business with booking.com would be ideal. I understand that this is a goal so I'm confident we'll be seeing this happen sooner rather than later.

“Animalo for UK small business. Day Care & Home Boarding of Dogs”

OverallVery Very good , i trial several soft wear systems before choosing Animalo they were by far the easiest to use and supportive. im not great with technology so they have been really patient and that appreciated. would very much recommend to all.
ProsEase of use, Customer Service, willingness to help the end user.
ConsI don't really have any dislikes, and they are improving it all the time, so if i come across anything that is not quite working for me they look at it and try and develop a fix.
