Their work is visually stunning. Many of our students and visitors know how to get around campus by previewing it online. Cons Concept3D is not cheap. You have to pay a good amount to receive a quality map in return. When we first started, wayfinding was included, but now is an extra cost. Our students miss the wayfinding feature. The rep is always quick to jump in to provide help or show me how to do something I hadn't thought of before. Pros The production team are amazing with render changes! I'm always so impressed at how closely the artwork resembles campus. Cons There are only minor issues with admin side editing, like matching opacity levels on shape options. I like hearing how others are using the map to see how we can grow ours. Pros I like that we have the ability to make edits but can publish them at a later date. Cons We are just now implementing panoramas, I wish it had the option for 360 video. November 22, 2019 5.0 Support and the ease of use of the product have been great Pros The maps are a really cool interface and our users love to interact with them Cons There isn't much I don't like about the software, but sometimes the editor freezes and I have to exit and come back. October 30, 2019 5.0 Our campus lacks a wayfinding system and this gives us the ability to post current information about our campus, provide walking tours, building information, location of gender neutral restrooms, bike repair stations, driving routes for move-in, etc. Pros Great looking map with so many possible uses--wayfinding, video tours of buildings, admission walking tour, lactation stations, changing rooms for those that bike to campus! Cons Would be great if users/administrators could have a bit more autonomy to make building and name changes without having to pay Concept3D to do for you. They were given a very aggressive time frame in order to create our map before move-in day and they came through in a big way! Pros The Concept3D interactive map CMS is very easy use. Minimal training is necessary to begin adding content and customizing to our specific needs. Cons Cost. Although, we realize that there is a great deal of work that goes into rendering our large campus. Reason for choosing Concept3D We felt that Concept3D offered the best overall package and we have received overwhelmingly positive feedback from our customers. October 25, 2019 5.0 Pros The product was easy to implement and has been easy for our staff to use from day one. We've integrated the campus map and tour with our main website, events, and admission communications. There are endless possibilities with how the product can be used to enhance the user experience. It's been a great resource for prospective students and their families, as well as alumni and other visitors to our campus. Pros We've loved being able to use our campus map to create custom event instances that give users a full itinerary with specific locations and instructions. Pros Its a very useful software for the business purpose it was set up for. I inherited the project of 'Cane Biz entries and am using the software much more frequently now (daily) than I have been able to during the last few months. Cons The software seems to be graphically not very appealing, it s possible we are not utilizing it to its maximum capacity.
