As a realtor, I have created more virtual tours than I could count off hand. I thought I would give them a try after a recommendation from a colleague. A few hours after creating the tour, the link went dead. It was dead for about 18 hours. It was opening weekend for this listing, which was especially unacceptable. Then, they sent me the dollhouse which had many pieces of furniture that were bleeding onto the floors and wall. Their response to my requested corrections was that my camera wasn't high enough resolution and I didn't take enough photos. I believe there were about 35 photos on a 2600sf house. The house's layout was nothing unusual; was a typical late 90's suburban home. I use an Insta360 1-inch and the quality is really decent--I have used 4 different 360 cameras and like that one the best for the money. I have never had this issue with Matterport or Asteroom. After the link went dead, I created another tour with Matterport, using the exact same photos given that Cloudpano was unreliable. There was no issue with the dollhouse or tour in Matterport. Despite asking cloupano three times for an explanation about the link being dead, they ignored the question. They said they would give me a refund. It's been about 6 weeks and not only have I not received a refund, they are still billing me. As such, I decided to leave a review they have well earned. As a parting note, they are still reaching out to sell me their products despite all of this. Numerous times I have told the sales person what has transpired and they say they have made a note and it will be rectified...obviously not. Called them again today, but apparently they close before 4pm MST. Waste of time and money dealing with Cloudpano. I hope your experience is positive, but mine has been terrible on so many fronts that it makes me think these positive reviews are fake. Pros Means of navigating tours is better than some. Image quality is better than the cheapest alternatives, like Asteroom. Cons Unreliable product, inferior dollhouse, and poor customer service. Tour wasn't reliably available and customer service didn't provide answers or follow through. They are still billing me after calling to cancel the account. Well, it didn't take long to start loving it! Just take it one step at a time and don't overthink it. It really IS that easy! \[sensitive content hidden\] of CloudPano and the team are tireless in coming up with new ways to profit from CloudPano products. He has LOTS of free training videos and some detailed and specialized training as well for subscribers. Pros The platform is pretty straight forward. No need to over think ANYTHING. Real Estate listings? CLICK! Google Street View upload? Click! Want an embed code of your tour? Yup, you guessed it-CLICK! My subscription has paid for itself multiple times! You can add your own icons and nadir for that extra touch. Cons Because building tours is so smooth, I don't get a lot of sleep some weeks... Fixed or following nadir orientation option. It's really easy to learn, especially for first-timers! I think it's a very cost-effective way to create virtual tours and help small businesses. Pros I love that I can use Cloudpano to build virtual tours for my clients! It's really easy to teach them how hosting and building virtual tours work. I also love that hosting is not that expensive like other softwares! Cons I wish we had more options to add branding colors and better design options to each tour. While giving businesses a virtual tour they can place on their own site. Pros The drag and drop organization from Cloudpano allows you to quickly drop all your panoramas and quickly start organizing your tour. There's a healthy number of icons to use for direction arrows. Even more room available for using your own custom Sounds and Music, Images, Hotspot Icons, Logos & Nadirs. Cons Monthly payment may deter some people from jumping on the bandwagon of becoming a virtual tour photographer. Switched from [Kuula](https://www.capterra.com/p/179213/Kuula/) [True3D](https://www.capterra.com/p/186476/True3D/) 3D Vista is a product that gives you full control of every aspect of the tour build. This is far more input than I needed. I needed a little less clutter in my tour building. Matterport is too restrictive with zero control over the tour design. Which left me with Kuula who started to bring in logos and other products until Cloudpano came in and gave everything just right.
