My overall experience with CloudPano so far couldn't be higher. Their pricing structure is a great value for the features that I'm able to pitch to my clients and their customer service has been absolutely amazing. White labeling the tours for my clients is another huge plus!

Pros

There are so many things about CloudPano that I like but it all boils down to quality. My clients expect the best and the highest quality end result is what we strive for on each project. With CloudPano, having the ability to edit the images prior to uploading and building a tour along with the ease of use in building and customizing a tour allows me to do more quality check along the way and adapt to the clients needs.

Cons

There's really no glaring issues so far as all of the bugs or challenges I've had in using the software have been addressed and resolved quickly by their amazing customer service.

Reason for choosing CloudPano

What first drew me in was the "pay per tour" feature that allowed me to try it out in a full capacity and be sure that it would fit my clients needs. Once I built a couple tours and learned how much individual customization I could do based on the clients needs and type of business, I was hooked! Overall I'd say the fact that their pricing levels fit my business model and allows me scalable growth without getting to an insane monthly fee to host tours after building my client list.

Matterport's customer service was horrible when I had issues on a huge job and needed help. Also, not having the ability to edit my images prior to upload to better control the final quality of the tour with Matterport was a game changer when I switched over to CloudPano. Most importantly, the pricing/subscription model and pricing that Matterport currently uses is absolutely insane and in no way fits my business model or ability to scale up my business.

I have to admit, I switched from another platform and wasn't ready to love it. Well, it didn't take long to start loving it! Just take it one step at a time and don't overthink it. It really IS that easy! \[sensitive content hidden\] of CloudPano and the team are tireless in coming up with new ways to profit from CloudPano products. He has LOTS of free training videos and some detailed and specialized training as well for subscribers.

Pros

The platform is pretty straight forward. No need to over think ANYTHING. Real Estate listings? CLICK! Google Street View upload? Click! Want an embed code of your tour? Yup, you guessed it-CLICK! My subscription has paid for itself multiple times! You can add your own icons and nadir for that extra touch.

Cons

Because building tours is so smooth, I don't get a lot of sleep some weeks... Fixed or following nadir orientation option.

FWIW, I am an experienced realtor and have a background in professional photography and videography. As a realtor, I have created more virtual tours than I could count off hand. I thought I would give them a try after a recommendation from a colleague. A few hours after creating the tour, the link went dead. It was dead for about 18 hours. It was opening weekend for this listing, which was especially unacceptable. Then, they sent me the dollhouse which had many pieces of furniture that were bleeding onto the floors and wall. Their response to my requested corrections was that my camera wasn't high enough resolution and I didn't take enough photos. I believe there were about 35 photos on a 2600sf house. The house's layout was nothing unusual; was a typical late 90's suburban home. I use an Insta360 1-inch and the quality is really decent--I have used 4 different 360 cameras and like that one the best for the money. I have never had this issue with Matterport or Asteroom. After the link went dead, I created another tour with Matterport, using the exact same photos given that Cloudpano was unreliable. There was no issue with the dollhouse or tour in Matterport. Despite asking cloupano three times for an explanation about the link being dead, they ignored the question. They said they would give me a refund. It's been about 6 weeks and not only have I not received a refund, they are still billing me. As such, I decided to leave a review they have well earned. As a parting note, they are still reaching out to sell me their products despite all of this. Numerous times I have told the sales person what has transpired and they say they have made a note and it will be rectified...obviously not. Called them again today, but apparently they close before 4pm MST. Waste of time and money dealing with Cloudpano. I hope your experience is positive, but mine has been terrible on so many fronts that it makes me think these positive reviews are fake.

Pros

Means of navigating tours is better than some. Image quality is better than the cheapest alternatives, like Asteroom.

Cons

Unreliable product, inferior dollhouse, and poor customer service. Tour wasn't reliably available and customer service didn't provide answers or follow through. They are still billing me after calling to cancel the account. Unable to cancel online--they make it difficult to end service with them.

Cloudpano will fulfill as a great replacement to the Google Street View App for placing 360's in the Google My Business pages and use with Google Street View. While giving businesses a virtual tour they can place on their own site.

Pros

The drag and drop organization from Cloudpano allows you to quickly drop all your panoramas and quickly start organizing your tour. There's a healthy number of icons to use for direction arrows. Even more room available for using your own custom Sounds and Music, Images, Hotspot Icons, Logos & Nadirs.

Cons

Monthly payment may deter some people from jumping on the bandwagon of becoming a virtual tour photographer.

3D Vista is a product that gives you full control of every aspect of the tour build. This is far more input than I needed. I needed a little less clutter in my tour building. Matterport is too restrictive with zero control over the tour design. Which left me with Kuula who started to bring in logos and other products until Cloudpano came in and gave everything just right.

My experience thus far has been great. Customer service has been good. Everyone is willing to help you along the way and the product produces really great tours!

Pros

It is really easy to use. Once you are all set up with the proper and you do a few practice tours, you will be able to get in and out out of a house in under one hour!

Cons

Really hoping for an Android app soon. Other than that the software is good.

Everything I see coming from cloudpano impresses me. Tully innovative company.

Pros

The interface is very easy to use. No complex menus or code needed. The features are ones that are in demand such as real time video and ability to embed into my own site. The support community is fantastic. Compared to other solutions, this is an easy choice to make.

Cons

While I initially thought the cost was high, I am seeing the value in it and how it actually costs LESS in the longer picture.

We have been able to provide our realtors with a powerful property advertisement tool for their properties. We are trying to penetrate other industries such as CAR/RV/Boat dealerships, campgrounds, etc.

Pros

Cloudpano provides all the tools required to run the virtual tour business with tons of add-ons options to upsell your services with few clicks. Also, the Whitelabel URL option is a must so they help you succeed while running the platform behind the scene.

Cons

The Google Tour integration is a bit fuzzy and not sure if this works. I have tried only one tour and it did not show up on Google. Better guidelines with examples would be beneficial.

I am very pleased with my purchase and cannot wait to get started. I am also very pleased that I can self host and even if I decide not to, the cost of hosting is very low anyway.

Pros

This software is very easy to use, very quick to load and you do not even require training to use it. So simple and above all, the cost is fantastic compared to all of the other options available out there. Most importantly, you can self host, unlike other companies that do not allow this feature and charge a lot for the hosting. Excellent software, highly recommended and you dont need to be tech savvy to use it.

Cons

There are no cons for me so far. Everything runs smoothly and quickly!

Too expensive and you are not allowed to self host, which means you are with them forever if you want to keep your VR's alive. Plus they dont let your keep your projects or download them. This means increasing the hosting space with them and paying more each month in order to host new VR projects.

i have had a great experience with not only the team but other users, when ever i get stuck or have a question other users or the team at cloudpano is quick to respond .

Pros

i really like that the cloudpano software offers live call feature to walk through with our customers online. they have made it fairly easy to set up new tours and they also offer a floor plan option in needed.

Cons

there has been no real issues in my experience with cloudpano overall a great software to use especially for those who are beginners .

Pros

I enjoy creating 360 tours with a DSLR and editing my own photos, rather than just firing off a 360 camera and having no control over the appearance of the photos. Cloudpano allows me to do that and has a better interface than other 360 tour hosts I've tried.

Cons

CloudPano is cheaper than Matterport if you need more than 5 spaces, but Matterport's "starter plan" is cheaper for 5 spaces or less.

I have had a few questions regarding changes inside my dashboard and CloudPano's customer service has always gotten back to me within a few hours.

Pros

CloudPano makes it extremely easy to upload my images, re-name and organize my tours with ease!

Cons

I wish it was slightly easier to rearrange my images once they are uploaded into the program. Right now you just drap the images one at a time on the side of the screen. It would be nice to view multiple rows of images and make multiple image placements changes at the same time.

Reason for choosing CloudPano

I went with CloudPano over its competition because of the overall cost. I always liked how the Pro Members are able to give idea suggestions for future development and can help make this software even better!

This was a no-brainer switch for me looking for a platform that would allow me to warehouse unlimited tours with a 1 time lifetime payment

Pros

A platform that is "All you can eat" shoot as many tours as you want with the option do download the tours for Self Hosting ~ A team that seems to embrace change and is adding new features

Cons

I haven't used CloudPano long enough to have any negatives at this time

Before I used CloudPano, development time was extensive and laborious when producing virtual tours. The software slashed my time to getting tours back to customers.

Pros

Provides a fast workflow to get you started and then you may refine with additional features if your service warrants it.

Cons

Would be interesting to be able to combine a before and after on some virtual tours, but this is a very minor point as the software is already packed with very helpful features for both developers and users.

I've tested a view other 360 pano software packages. With Cloudpano I was able to create a tour in a few minutes. With others it took a lot longer and those were a bit frustrating.

Pros

Easy to use, fast learning curve, great results

Cons

Google street view is not yet supported. Sometimes it takes a bit long before my tour is loaded (could be an bandwidth problem on my side).

Pros

Before I decided for Cloudpano I tested most of them. Cloud Pano was one of the best: easy to use. After 2 years I confirm it and it is progressing with new features. Help support is great.

Cons

I cannot think of any for the moment as I can see all good advantages.

Photography is a competitive business and in order to be relevant and useful for a long time, photographers need to be ahead of competition. CloudPano took my business a step ahead of competitors by enabling me to offer something different and interesting. I have seen an interest in my offers increase, realized more leads which led to more bookings. I offered 360 Tours to potential estate agents with their free membership and got a few leads. By the time I joined the pro plus I had clients lined up to take me up on my offer.

Pros

First and foremost I was surprised and impressed by the level of their service. It felt so personal and unique to my challenges and concerns. Those guys are always there, they value your business and they truly want you to win. I like that their interface is very easy to use, you can create a tour in 5-10 minutes flat, no technical stuff just drag and drop. The fact that I can host unlimited tours without worrying about fees is a plus plus for me. I like that you can create tours add your voice or video to interact or guide your potential customers making possible to capture and direct them to a sale right on the spot. I strive for quality and CloudPano provides me with the highest quality I desire

Cons

The only problem I have is that the Google Service View seems to take longer to update but with their excellent support service I am sure it will be fixed in no time
