Their pricing structure is a great value for the features that I'm able to pitch to my clients and their customer service has been absolutely amazing. White labeling the tours for my clients is another huge plus! Pros There are so many things about CloudPano that I like but it all boils down to quality. My clients expect the best and the highest quality end result is what we strive for on each project. With CloudPano, having the ability to edit the images prior to uploading and building a tour along with the ease of use in building and customizing a tour allows me to do more quality check along the way and adapt to the clients needs. Cons There's really no glaring issues so far as all of the bugs or challenges I've had in using the software have been addressed and resolved quickly by their amazing customer service. Once I built a couple tours and learned how much individual customization I could do based on the clients needs and type of business, I was hooked! Overall I'd say the fact that their pricing levels fit my business model and allows me scalable growth without getting to an insane monthly fee to host tours after building my client list. Also, not having the ability to edit my images prior to upload to better control the final quality of the tour with Matterport was a game changer when I switched over to CloudPano. Most importantly, the pricing/subscription model and pricing that Matterport currently uses is absolutely insane and in no way fits my business model or ability to scale up my business. He has LOTS of free training videos and some detailed and specialized training as well for subscribers. Pros The platform is pretty straight forward. No need to over think ANYTHING. Real Estate listings? CLICK! Google Street View upload? Click! Want an embed code of your tour? Yup, you guessed it-CLICK! My subscription has paid for itself multiple times! You can add your own icons and nadir for that extra touch. Cons Because building tours is so smooth, I don't get a lot of sleep some weeks... Fixed or following nadir orientation option. June 24, 2025 1.0 FWIW, I am an experienced realtor and have a background in professional photography and videography. As a realtor, I have created more virtual tours than I could count off hand. I thought I would give them a try after a recommendation from a colleague. A few hours after creating the tour, the link went dead. It was dead for about 18 hours. It was opening weekend for this listing, which was especially unacceptable. Then, they sent me the dollhouse which had many pieces of furniture that were bleeding onto the floors and wall. Their response to my requested corrections was that my camera wasn't high enough resolution and I didn't take enough photos. I believe there were about 35 photos on a 2600sf house. The house's layout was nothing unusual; was a typical late 90's suburban home. I use an Insta360 1-inch and the quality is really decent--I have used 4 different 360 cameras and like that one the best for the money. I have never had this issue with Matterport or Asteroom. After the link went dead, I created another tour with Matterport, using the exact same photos given that Cloudpano was unreliable. There was no issue with the dollhouse or tour in Matterport. Despite asking cloupano three times for an explanation about the link being dead, they ignored the question. They said they would give me a refund. It's been about 6 weeks and not only have I not received a refund, they are still billing me. As such, I decided to leave a review they have well earned. As a parting note, they are still reaching out to sell me their products despite all of this. Numerous times I have told the sales person what has transpired and they say they have made a note and it will be rectified...obviously not. Called them again today, but apparently they close before 4pm MST. Waste of time and money dealing with Cloudpano. I hope your experience is positive, but mine has been terrible on so many fronts that it makes me think these positive reviews are fake. Pros Means of navigating tours is better than some. Image quality is better than the cheapest alternatives, like Asteroom. Cons Unreliable product, inferior dollhouse, and poor customer service. Tour wasn't reliably available and customer service didn't provide answers or follow through. They are still billing me after calling to cancel the account. While giving businesses a virtual tour they can place on their own site. Pros The drag and drop organization from Cloudpano allows you to quickly drop all your panoramas and quickly start organizing your tour. There's a healthy number of icons to use for direction arrows. Even more room available for using your own custom Sounds and Music, Images, Hotspot Icons, Logos & Nadirs. Cons Monthly payment may deter some people from jumping on the bandwagon of becoming a virtual tour photographer. This is far more input than I needed. I needed a little less clutter in my tour building. Matterport is too restrictive with zero control over the tour design. Also, the Whitelabel URL option is a must so they help you succeed while running the platform behind the scene. Cons The Google Tour integration is a bit fuzzy and not sure if this works. I am also very pleased that I can self host and even if I decide not to, the cost of hosting is very low anyway. Pros This software is very easy to use, very quick to load and you do not even require training to use it. So simple and above all, the cost is fantastic compared to all of the other options available out there. Most importantly, you can self host, unlike other companies that do not allow this feature and charge a lot for the hosting. CloudPano took my business a step ahead of competitors by enabling me to offer something different and interesting. I have seen an interest in my offers increase, realized more leads which led to more bookings. I offered 360 Tours to potential estate agents with their free membership and got a few leads. By the time I joined the pro plus I had clients lined up to take me up on my offer. Pros First and foremost I was surprised and impressed by the level of their service. It felt so personal and unique to my challenges and concerns. Those guys are always there, they value your business and they truly want you to win. I like that their interface is very easy to use, you can create a tour in 5-10 minutes flat, no technical stuff just drag and drop. The fact that I can host unlimited tours without worrying about fees is a plus plus for me. I like that you can create tours add your voice or video to interact or guide your potential customers making possible to capture and direct them to a sale right on the spot.
