### "GQueues is a great task tracking program that meets all my current needs! "

July 18, 2025

5.0

I have been using GQueues weekly since January 2025 and this says a lot because I have tried many task apps for both professional and personal use. I usually find something that doesn't work for me and need to try a different program.

Pros

GQueues helps me keep track of various tasks including those that are recurring, which is important. This way I do not forget to do something or try to be mindful of it.

Cons

I do not have any cons to report. However, if I think of any at this time. I have used this program for a little over 6 months, and if I have any complaints, I will contact support.

Mostly due to cost. I liked the set up of Trello but like many apps they get bought out and the price jumps.

### "An app that feels like it was designed exactly for me!"

April 17, 2026

5.0

Very pleased with the design of the product. I work for a tech vendor, with dev teams, and I recognise how well this has been executed.

Pros

As someone who is (was) a heavy user of Google Tasks, and for whom the importance of Task list/app is as essential as a Calendar, I loved the ergonomics of Google Tasks, but the lack of features made it just too cumbersome to use at scale: the layout was to bloated, the lack of tags and segmentation did not help me organise. I did a lot of research for apps to replace Google Tasks previously but most of the apps went in a direction that just didn't do anything for 'me'. GQueues changed all that. I read a recommendation of it from a Reddit thread, and within an hour I had not only tested and evaluated it, but I had migrated all my Google Tasks into it, and now it has fully replaced a crucial and fundamental part of my daily workflow. It is very much one of those apps that does "everything you need, and very little that you don't", and I went through that joyous experience where you think the dev team at GQueues have been building this thing just for me! The interface UX and ergonomics (android widgets, app + chrome access) are perfect, and the killer ability to email tasks, instant access to voice dictation of tasks make it that "Google Tasks on steroids" that delivers so much more functionality and value. Well done to the team at GQueues, this is an app so perfectly designed and excellently executed.

Cons

Nothing specifically. I actually think it has potential beyond just Task management (I think it may similarly replace my Google Notes for general lists)

GT was too basic, and was cumbersome to use at scale.

### "So far so good"

December 19, 2020

5.0

So far during trial i like it, how it compares pricing wise I'm not so sure yet. What I would like is to have a view of my monthly bill post subscription to judge the software.

Pros

The ease of connecting to all the Gsuite and the calendar integration

Cons

I would like to add the ability to schedule a call/skype/zoom or even a meeting as a target for task to be closed

Reason for choosing GQueues

Ease of integration with Gsuite

### "An essential productivity tool for personal and business task management."

April 13, 2026

5.0

Fantastic productivity app that helps me keep on-task. It's many easy-to-use features make this an essential tool for personal life and business. I've tried others, but keep coming back to GQueues.

Pros

I've loved using GQueues for several years now. Love the flexibility, how you can use this whether you're an entrepreneur or a homemaker - or anyone trying to keep track of what needs to get done. Any question I've ever had (from billing to tech questions), the GQ team has always answered quickly and efficiently. They've made tons of training videos and articles so you can get the most out of all the many features. I love how easy it is to use across multiple platforms: phone, tablet or laptop. It's integration with all things Google (mail, Sheets, Docs, etc) is fantastic. Being able to forward an e-mail to create a Task in your in-box is another great feature. And all for either $36 or $48 a year? Incredible!

Cons

There are so many features, and new features also, I need to brush up on training occasionally to keep up. Not a bad 'con' really!

### "Simple productivity tool that keeps me out of the weeds!"

January 21, 2026

5.0

Pros

Super clean and simple. GQueues functions exactly how I need it to without confusing bells and whistles. The Google Calendar integration is stellar, always working exactly how I need it to. I've never had it glitch on me.

Cons

I'll be honest, sometimes I miss the bells and whistles. But keeping it simple keeps me out of the weeds.

### "GQueues is the Way to Go!!"

June 27, 2025

5.0

Really can't say enough good things about GQueues! I researched lots of options, and this was the best one. Got to love the price and how it connects to everything!!

Pros

Super cheap, easy to use, easy to set up, etc. I love GQueues for my small business. I'm able to add to-do items to different admin and check their progress. Seriously best choice!

Cons

I can't think of anything that I don't like about GQueues. Maybe it could be a little easier to add subtasks and notifications sometimes don't come through but that could be user error.

### "I have been using GQueues for years"

April 30, 2020

5.0

It helps me keep a to-do list for projects in one place online. I also like this to remember goals.

Pros

It is web-based and accessible from all the devices I used and have used in the past. I like that I can share and assign tasks to members of my team. I like that it integrates with google calendar. I also like that it is being updated and improved. I suggest giving the free version a try.

Cons

People need a Google account to access the queues. However, that is easily remedied by having people sign up with Google.

### "Why GQueues is the best time management tool"

August 23, 2023

5.0

I really enjoy the seamless integration with my day to day activities and calendar and data I also enjoy the fact that GQueues is not hung up on the actual start and stop times for every task. A nice feature would be if in Google calanders Shedule option could give a the actual hours and minutes spent per task

Pros

GQuesues keeps track of all the actions required to run a business, by date by event by person and visually on the calander

Cons

GQueues costs money. Hopefully GQueues will eventually also have a voice recognition option

Reason for choosing GQueues

More features and very good at keeping tasks with documents and on the calander view as well as a great full mobile access

### "Kept/Keeps me on track."

September 28, 2023

5.0

One thing I found especially when I was having a slow moving morning at work and just couldn't get my brain in gear, I would look at GQ's and just start at the first item on the list and get through that then on to the next. If I didn't have that tool, I would just keep going in circles and not accomplishing much at all. It gave me a sense of some control over the myriad of tasks that needed to be completed.

Pros

I liked the fact that I could quickly check what was necessary for the day, week, month or even year. With the school year most tasks occur only once a year (homecoming) or quarterly (report cards) but the preparation for these projects could be weeks in advance. Some items needed to be addressed daily (attendance, correspondence). The same is true now that I'm retired. Many daily tasks for housework, gardening, property management. With the integration with Google Calendar I can schedule appointments and see what tasks need to be completed at the same time, so my schedule can be rearranged to accommodate all.

Cons

My tasks and subtasks are all recurring - daily, weekly, montly or yearly. When marked completed - the subtasks don't always follow along to the next occurrence. I use my tablet and phone with the mobile app every day as well as the computer. I wish the subtasks would indent on the mobile app like they do on the computer. It would help my brain alot.

### "I'ma big fan!"

January 30, 2023

5.0

I use it all the time for every project. Some queues are shared with team members and i can easily find their notes and comments as well as know when a task must be done. I like that it has sufficient features/integrations to make using it convenient without feature overkill like some other tools. I don't need it to do everything I just need it to have the right tools for the job.

Pros

I've been using GQueues for years and I can't get by without it. I manage multiple projects for a number of clients and have introduced all of them to GQueues. I collaborate with several people on group projects and we can all keep track of where we are in a process and communicate without having to search through long email conversations for info. I love the integration with Google calendar and docs.

Cons

The only thing I can think of is that i would like for the text for the date assigned to tasks to be larger. I use the date to know what tasks MUST be done today. The text is pretty small.

March 29, 2024

### "Perfect for managing my personal task list"

February 26, 2023

5.0

As someone who juggles multiple projects, I needed a systematic way to track the many actions and activities that I'm working on. After trying spreadsheets, mind maps, and various apps, I came across GQueues some years back and found that it did everything I needed, per the list of things I like about the software, above. The tagging in particular allows me to use my own tweaked version of GTD to manage my task list. It's well worth the $25 or so per year to have my task list organized just as I like it.

Pros

\- The ability to create multiple queues for different projects- The ability to create a hierarchy of tasks- The ability to define and apply tags, and create Smart Queues based on these tags and other criteria- iOS app for creating tasks whenever I think of them

Cons

\- iOS widget sometimes takes a while to update after you've marked some tasks as complete. A minor inconvenience, at worst.

### "GQueues... simply the best task management app for truly busy people."

August 3, 2022

5.0

I have to say that GQueues is by far the best task management tool I’ve ever used. And I’ve tried them ALL over the last 2 years. The eye-watering depth of proper features, several available nowhere else, make it great for individuals or teams. Now that it integrates into Google Workspace as well, nothing can touch it, with a low price point that everyone can afford. The bottom line is GQueues makes my business easier and better.

Pros

The quick onboarding and the solid depth of features.

Cons

Having to reopen the tag menus ie no multiple choices.

### "Gqueues is the best software for task management"

November 19, 2020

5.0

Pros

I usually say my live is manager Gqueues. This is the main tool I advise to my clients in the time management courses I deliver. Gqueues gives the flexibility to each person to implement the strategy that is best for the specific life and personality needs and its integration with Google Calendar is the best I know. There are several features that make my life easier: -to be able to plan tasks as time blocks and manage them in Google calendar and at the same time be able to manage tasks/projects priorities as a list -to be able to automatically plan a project importing from a list I create in excel -to be able to create a task based on an internet link. I use Gqueues not only for tasks but to store references I want to come back later and ideas.

Cons

The think I like least is the note format. Be able to add rich text would be useful.

### "Great task and project management software for G-Suite companies"

September 10, 2019

5.0

We use this software to manage both individual and team projects. The support staff are very responsive and the software is intuitive. The support page even has a "Getting Things Done" video to show how the software can be used to simplify work according to the book.

Pros

Easy to learn and use. Works well with collaborations and project management. I love the functionality of being able to convert an email to a task.

Cons

Like all online software, it does have occasional quirks, but none that are persistent or limiting. For example, sometimes (not regularly) dragging the task order in sub-tasks doesn't drag as expected.
