### "GQueues is a great task tracking program that meets all my current needs! "

July 18, 2025

5.0

I have been using GQueues weekly since January 2025 and this says a lot because I have tried many task apps for both professional and personal use. I usually find something that doesn't work for me and need to try a different program.

Pros

GQueues helps me keep track of various tasks including those that are recurring, which is important. This way I do not forget to do something or try to be mindful of it.

Cons

I do not have any cons to report. However, if I think of any at this time. I have used this program for a little over 6 months, and if I have any complaints, I will contact support.

Mostly due to cost. I liked the set up of Trello but like many apps they get bought out and the price jumps.

### "An app that feels like it was designed exactly for me!"

April 17, 2026

5.0

Very pleased with the design of the product. I work for a tech vendor, with dev teams, and I recognise how well this has been executed.

Pros

As someone who is (was) a heavy user of Google Tasks, and for whom the importance of Task list/app is as essential as a Calendar, I loved the ergonomics of Google Tasks, but the lack of features made it just too cumbersome to use at scale: the layout was to bloated, the lack of tags and segmentation did not help me organise. I did a lot of research for apps to replace Google Tasks previously but most of the apps went in a direction that just didn't do anything for 'me'. GQueues changed all that. I read a recommendation of it from a Reddit thread, and within an hour I had not only tested and evaluated it, but I had migrated all my Google Tasks into it, and now it has fully replaced a crucial and fundamental part of my daily workflow. It is very much one of those apps that does "everything you need, and very little that you don't", and I went through that joyous experience where you think the dev team at GQueues have been building this thing just for me! The interface UX and ergonomics (android widgets, app + chrome access) are perfect, and the killer ability to email tasks, instant access to voice dictation of tasks make it that "Google Tasks on steroids" that delivers so much more functionality and value. Well done to the team at GQueues, this is an app so perfectly designed and excellently executed.

Cons

Nothing specifically. I actually think it has potential beyond just Task management (I think it may similarly replace my Google Notes for general lists)

### "So far so good"

December 19, 2020

5.0

So far during trial i like it, how it compares pricing wise I'm not so sure yet. What I would like is to have a view of my monthly bill post subscription to judge the software.

Pros

The ease of connecting to all the Gsuite and the calendar integration

Cons

I would like to add the ability to schedule a call/skype/zoom or even a meeting as a target for task to be closed

Reason for choosing GQueues

Ease of integration with Gsuite

### "Simple productivity tool that keeps me out of the weeds!"

January 21, 2026

5.0

Pros

Super clean and simple. GQueues functions exactly how I need it to without confusing bells and whistles. The Google Calendar integration is stellar, always working exactly how I need it to. I've never had it glitch on me.

Cons

I'll be honest, sometimes I miss the bells and whistles. But keeping it simple keeps me out of the weeds.

### "GQueues is the Way to Go!!"

June 27, 2025

5.0

Really can't say enough good things about GQueues! I researched lots of options, and this was the best one. Got to love the price and how it connects to everything!!

Pros

Super cheap, easy to use, easy to set up, etc. I love GQueues for my small business. I'm able to add to-do items to different admin and check their progress. Seriously best choice!

Cons

I can't think of anything that I don't like about GQueues. Maybe it could be a little easier to add subtasks and notifications sometimes don't come through but that could be user error.

### "I have been using GQueues for years"

April 30, 2020

5.0

It helps me keep a to-do list for projects in one place online. I also like this to remember goals.

Pros

It is web-based and accessible from all the devices I used and have used in the past. I like that I can share and assign tasks to members of my team. I like that it integrates with google calendar. I also like that it is being updated and improved. I suggest giving the free version a try.

Cons

People need a Google account to access the queues. However, that is easily remedied by having people sign up with Google.

### "An essential productivity tool for personal and business task management."

April 13, 2026

5.0

Fantastic productivity app that helps me keep on-task. It's many easy-to-use features make this an essential tool for personal life and business. I've tried others, but keep coming back to GQueues.

Pros

I've loved using GQueues for several years now. Love the flexibility, how you can use this whether you're an entrepreneur or a homemaker - or anyone trying to keep track of what needs to get done. Any question I've ever had (from billing to tech questions), the GQ team has always answered quickly and efficiently. They've made tons of training videos and articles so you can get the most out of all the many features. I love how easy it is to use across multiple platforms: phone, tablet or laptop. It's integration with all things Google (mail, Sheets, Docs, etc) is fantastic. Being able to forward an e-mail to create a Task in your in-box is another great feature. And all for either $36 or $48 a year? Incredible!

Cons

There are so many features, and new features also, I need to brush up on training occasionally to keep up. Not a bad 'con' really!

### "Best To Do List Manager for GTD and Google Workspace!!"

October 9, 2020

5.0

I've tried all the major to do list/task management software on the market over the last few years but I haven't found anything better than GQueues and I've really tried but happily failed. GQueues has always pulled me back. It's not the most modern looking piece of software but the intelligent and functional design of this task manager is simply outstanding, whether for individual or team use. Highly recommended.

Pros

GQueues has all the necessary features to do things right without the fluff. It connects to Gmail to turn emails into tasks, connects to Google Calendar with real two way syncing not URL linking or 12 hours long waits with subscribing, provides truly unique access to attachments like Google Drive, Docs, Sheets, Slides, great Team functions, excellent mobile apps with fantastic account switching (no signing in and out of multiple accounts just switch and go), great responsive customer support, easy and complete GTD setup and all of this for a great fair price. An excellent thoughtful software package bar none.

Cons

There are only a few minor things that could be improved upon in my opinion. It would be nice if the software were a little more integrated with more Google services like Forms, Meeting, AppSheet, etc. The pace of software development could be increased with more frequent updates but not at the expense of existing quality. There needs to be far more marketing of this excellent software to increase public awareness, hardly ever see it mentioned in software comparisons on the web. Release of API to use Google AppSheet or Zapier would help to extend software usefulness.

Reason for choosing GQueues

Simple, straight forward layout with careful well thought out design that gets the job done right. GQueues links up to Google Gmail and Google Calendar with smooth functionality, just beautiful. GTD setup is excellent. Teams is great. GQueues cares about being deeply integrated into the Google Workspace platform. Account switching in mobile apps is wonderfully simple and so appreciated. Software development while slow, is extremely well planned and designed to be truly useful, not just added fluff.

### "The very best task management option with Google inegration "

June 2, 2024

5.0

GQueues is exactly the kind of service tool we love to support - because we hardly notice we're using it most of the time. It just works, and it's become an invaluable part of our daily regimen.

Pros

We love the dead simple, super intuitive web interface and how that seamlessly carries over to Google Calendar. Being able to move tasks just by dragging and dropping, edit tasks inside a GCal event or even via email... ::chefskiss::

Cons

We would love it if there were an easier way to create durable, easy to use task templates inside the web interface. We've found a workaround, but it's a bit finnicky and easy to mess up if we're not careful.

Reason for choosing GQueues

GQueues had exactly the mix of features we needed, and even more importantly, nothing that got in the way. So many options today are too dense with unwanted options, or are constantly trying to upsell you to a version you don't need or want. GQueues has an upgraded version, but we've never felt pressured to buy it, and we've never bought it because we don't need it.

### "The Tool I Needed"

May 31, 2023

5.0

I needed a collaborative tool that integrates with GSuite. This tool is great that I can customize my view for me, and my colleagues can make their own interface structured for them. Quick to use, up and running. I love the help documentation and tutorials, the User Interface and overall actually use this tool daily.

Pros

Transitioning from Google Tasks was a breeze with the benefits of collaborating with the rest of my team members now. We tried more complex tools like Monday and Asana and found that our requirements didn't lend themselves to full blown project management. We just need a whose on first tool. Gqueues fit the bill and the price was very reasonable.

Cons

Right now I am not a fan of the nav bar/app integration into Google Mail and Calendar. To have to search for my tasks vs making them visible like google tasks takes some getting used too. I tend to not use them unless I am creating a task directly from mail or calendar.

Defining/documenting tasks carried out in the workplace. Giving managers a common pool of tasks to delegate to staff.

Pros

Fantastic flexibility...you can do just about anything you need with it.

Cons

Unless I'm missing it, it would be great if it could handle workflow processes where when tasks x, y and z are completed then generate new tasks a, b and c and send them to person M.Looking at other tools that could work with GQueues to accomplish this.

### "Great for team work "

March 16, 2023

5.0

It’s a great tool for keeping track of jobs to be done and assigning them to team members so everyone knows who is doing what. Really useful.

Pros

It’s very easy to share queues between colleagues, collaborate, set up new queues as teams grow and keep on top of tasks.

Cons

I constantly forget what combination of shift, ctrl & return allows me to put a new line in the notes field rather than just tabbing to the next task 😆

### "Wish I'd Found It Sooner!"

February 7, 2021

5.0

I'm solving my prioritization issues with GQueues. The ability to create color-coded calendars linked to task lists for each of my clients is awesome. The real value comes from being able to look at All Tasks in a smart queue and really see what's on my plate and schedule my next actions appropriately. I can actually see where I have space, where I don't, and which clients are taking the most time. I can also see which projects get pushed.

Pros

What I love most about GQueues is its integration with Google Calendar. It's interactive and updates in real-time, not eventually, but in real-time. This is priceless to me. My day is constantly shifting with updates and new appointments popping up. With GQueues I'm able to update my list, reassign tasks, and update timelines right on my Google Calendar without changing tabs. I can mark my tasks completed right on the calendar too. I get the same flexibility with creating new tasks from my Gmail as well.

Cons

I love the Smart Queues, but I wish there was a little more customization available to create quick/smart queues. I'd love to be able to see the next steps in my whole account without having the next steps for each queue.

### "Simply the best to-do list software there is."

September 10, 2019

5.0

GQueues syncs perfectly between my Chrome Browser and my phone. I can 'dump' thoughts, ideas, notes, links etc into it and sort them out later. It is fully integrated with Google so I can turn emails into to-do items, drop reminders into my calendar and link to files in Google Drive. Recently I found I can add to-do lists to my phone desktop so I don't even have to go into the app when using my phone. I have used loads of to-do list managers over the years but I keep coming back to this one as it literally does everything with the minimum of fuss.

Pros

Deep integration with Google Apps. Really easy to use. Works on my phone and my desktop. Best GTD software I have ever used.

Cons

Genuinely, no complaints. I can think of no cons for this software at all.

Reason for choosing GQueues

It is so well integrated into Google Apps. It's very simple and as a result, can be structured to suit my own personal workflow.

### "Great task and project management software for G-Suite companies"

September 10, 2019

5.0

We use this software to manage both individual and team projects. The support staff are very responsive and the software is intuitive. The support page even has a "Getting Things Done" video to show how the software can be used to simplify work according to the book.

Pros

Easy to learn and use. Works well with collaborations and project management. I love the functionality of being able to convert an email to a task.

Cons

Like all online software, it does have occasional quirks, but none that are persistent or limiting. For example, sometimes (not regularly) dragging the task order in sub-tasks doesn't drag as expected.
